1	Let’s play devils advocate - Men, what issues do you empathize with women on that they have to deal with, and women, what issues do you empathize with men on that they deal with? The whole "boys don't cry" mentality is disgusting and downright inhuman. Humans cry, and if you're telling guy they can't you are basically saying they aren't human.
