Look up your local city ordinances. They most likely have a section on noise. Once it violates that, give us a call and we will gladly come do our job. But if the noise is screaming or anything that sounds violent then call us immediately.

Well if this was a colleges disciplinary hearing/ruling then the "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't matter. It's their school they get to make up the rules :( but there might be a federal law prohibiting the release of their information. Especially if they were still minors at the time or something.

She'd get battery not assault but yeah the woman would be the one arrested if I was there. She instigated the situation. I'd give the woman a states attorney card and tell her to call them and plead her case if she wanted to try pressing charges against the guy.
