| 1 | It is extremely hard to come to terms with myself that I am unable to get the bestAs some other people have said: workout. Lifting definitely adds confidence and gives you a dominant mindset. My go-to during those bad days though is cardio. Everyone gets those mood swings that just make you feel defeated by the world. It helps me so much to just go beast mode out 3 miles on a treadmill then lift a little.
