It depends on the person. I’m 6’6” so I just naturally use more energy. I tried eating ~1800 a day, on an unrestricted diet, and I lost approximately jackshit in pounds, so as acaloriecounter.com suggested, I’m doing around a 20% calorie deficit with a restricted diet

I’m 6’6 (without shoes) and 240 lbs, a mostly sedentary lifestyle (which school’s forced me into lol) would mandate 2700 calories, I’ve been doing -500 as a deficit. My protein/fat/carb ratios are 50/25/25, so for protein that’s be 275 grams of protein.

As a zoomer myself this is exactly how using the Internet as a distraction goes tbh, which is why I took it upon myself to delete Twitter and to try and stick to the social medias that are actually connected to real life me, so I don’t end up retreating to my online persona. Of the little advice I might be qualified to give, I’ll just say that always hiding behind a fake name and a picture of an anime girl or whatever creates a pretty unhealthy relationship between you and the Internet.

If you live near any of them, go for a walk through the forest. Personally, I like to go all the way till I find the unbeaten path, even if it means getting scratched by a bunch of thorns and being spat out a few miles from where I locked my bike. I end up doing half of my total walking distance back to my bike. Plus, there are usually aren't people in the forest to catch covid from most of the time. Lol

I can bench about 135, I’m 6’6” and 233, and my daily calories amount to anywhere from 1.5K to 3K. Haven’t started squatting just yet. I don’t know what else you may mean by numbers. I make sure to not eat junk, and even when I was eating <200 calories of sugar a day, I did lose 20 lbs but the pad still remained, although not as worse as it was before.
