My friend actually made an app for this on iOS that I've been trying out on some of my dates. We did the 4 minute eye-gaze thing and it was so fun. We finished after a couple of attempts (she couldn't stop laughing) and then I kissed her. Here's the link if anyone's interested

Do you feel approaching is helping you overcome SA in general? You mentioned before that you still get AA - has it lessened at all? Do you get it but feel like you can cope with it better?
