I need to start keeping up with my calories again. I got to a point where I was happy (around 13 percent body fat) then I started lifting and just quit caring about calories. Agreed...I guess maybe I was just too young and forgot. Or maybe now that my eyes are opened and I've watched the show, it makes much more sense. I know some say that Al truly loved her and didn't wanna leave, that he just had problems expressing love because of his implied abusive mother. I like to think it was cause he was married to an ugly fat woman and he didn't want divorce raped. But at least he scored 4 touchdowns in one game.

Exactly. But I guess for me, self improvement is for me. As men, we should always seek to better ourselves, rather it be with knowledge or physical work. Challenging ourselves and setting goals is something we do that women dont. And frankly who cares...fuck them. But it's usually when a man reaches that state of improving all the time and ignoring women that women do come around. Yah it makes a lot more sense. That was also why all the fat women jokes were written into the show. Because Al was going home to one every day and it made him sick. I kinda wish Fox had let them do it....but then again Peggy was an early crush for me haha. But yah, look at how the show displayed social issues (kinda ludicrously then) and see that it's all basically true now.

I have to disagree with you here. If someone is wanting a gf, it's only possible if you try. Regardless of how likely it is not to work, there's 0 percent chance if you don't try. I applaud effort as opposed to the guys that whine all the time about not having a girl and not even trying.

No amount of working out makes up for a bad diet, but yah who doesn't love bacon lol. I've been doing SS for 4 months. I guess I'm afraid of getting "T-Rex mode" where your lower body is much bigger than my upper body. My back and chest have got bigger but my arms are still small. Are you still seeing gains from SS? Maybe I should stick to it.

Thanks I'll check it out. I've been doing Starting Strength. I'm looking at some other routines but haven't made my mind up yet. I'm thinking of trying Greyskull LP. Yah, I dont care about the weights. I need a good bar though. This stuff is so expensive though. I guess it evens out in the long run if you keep working out though.

Can you recommend a good squat rack and bench? I have a generic one from Walmart but it can't hold a lot of weight. I used to have a link to a guide where this guy build his home gym and he had amazon links to every piece of equipment from the chalk he used up to the rack. I lost it though.

Most shows struggle to be funny now with humor having to be turned down to a G rating to not offend anyone. BBT done a good job the first few seasons but I havent watched in forever. I'm gonna binge the whole series once it finishes up.

Against biology? Maybe. I don't plan on having kids or ever getting married so their reproductive value is of no interest to me. I don't like fat women though. Plenty of older women can keep a good figure. And it's not my overall preference. I would still prefer a younger girl. I'm just saying if you wanna quick smash, a mature woman can be fun. I must not be the only one. If you look at porn statistics, Mature and Gilf are usually pretty high up.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I have a soft spot for older women. Maybe it's because theres less bullshit to deal with than younger sloots. Or maybe the experience factor. Or the fact that I know she won't be expecting a relationship. Regardless, I smash when I get the opportunity.

None, it's too cold outside haha. But time back then was different. Although I guess if I did something as important or as big as Cortes did (or more importantly the money/fame) I would be lusted after. At least for my belongings. Being short sucks. At least some of you taller guys can become Chads with hitting the weights and proper dieting. Even though I work out, it doesn't matter and never will.
