I vote for the first one, she left him because an other dude and now she realised that it was not what she thought. Finish that relationship made you to make a new and better you, maybe was the best it can happened to you, you can inprove your value to you and the others. Anyway, if you think that still there is future with this girl, go ahead. But if I were you, I would like to know the causes of the breakup and then evaluate is it can happen again and if come back with her is what do you want

Try go out and run few minutes, learn to cook, do activities which takes ALL your attention (no videogames). It may help to get a little less depressed, then you can begin to work in yourself
