Ok so they're both pregnant, how do you resolve a dispute regarding keeping/not keeping the baby? You obviously can't half abort a fetus. Who gets the final say if they don't agree?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/17 08:57 PM

How can they have equal rights when one person is pregnant and the other not? Are you anti abortion so you just avoid that situation all together?? The man can obviously leave at any time during pregnancy, the woman obviously cannot. How do you expect equal rights when the circumstance of each person is different?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/17 08:44 PM
1

Ok so explain how it works. A man gets a woman pregnant, she wants to keep the baby, he doesn't. Or the woman doesn't want the baby, but the man does. What happens in these two situations when men have equal reproductive rights?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/17 08:33 PM

How is this comparable to another civil rights question? How do male reproductive rights work? So a man gets a woman pregnant, explain what rights the man is supposed to have according to you.

Because women get pregnant, wtf kind of question is this? They bear the brunt of physical responsibility.

Yes, there is sexism towards women. Many TRPers think that women have life on easy mode because many people see the grass as greener on the other side. I'd say this applies to everyone, men, women, BP, RP.

Interesting. Especially that mixed races are in between blacks and whites in IQ. I would still take the study with a grain of salt. Most of the data is still subject to cultural differences. Example in South Africa coloreds were treated better than blacks during Apartheid, they had better schools etc. Could one even make the argument that adopted blacks would have poor genes? Think of mothers who give up their children for adoption, usually they are poor, and maybe had poor nourishment during pr…

Drugs and the war on drugs hit black ghettos really hard in the 80s. The difference with poor whites and poor blacks is that blacks are often in urban areas whereas whites in rural areas. The urban areas have higher density, so more crime, drugs, and police. Even if the crime rates per capita are the same, it makes a lot more sense for police to patrol urban areas than rural areas. And crime rates will be higher in higher density areas. I wouldn't blame it on welfare, that seems like a spurious …

It's a fact about athletes being born in the fall. No buts or ifs about it. http://www.bbc.com/sport/olympics/18891749 "In 2009, professional English youth academies (aged 16-20 years) were grossly over-represented by players with birthdates in a three month period. 57% of youngsters were born in September, November or December" "At a recent U17 European Championship, 75% of the footballers were born in a four month window. Similar results were detected in Canadian ice hockey and at the 2008 Bei…

True Silicone Valley and the big 4 in general have better than average programmers...but really that's a good chunk of programmers so by definition how far can they be from average? We're still not talking about the 0.1% of the population where you'd really start to see a difference between men and women. |The reason the papers being read matters is because they're supposed to be written as research, not some school project You'd be surprised how many projects and potential patents STEM graduate…

How much of that 15 pt is due to genetics though? You must know that Jews have a different culture than your average african american, discipline is a central theme in Judaism. Education is highly valued. 100 years ago when they tested women they were found to have lower IQs than men. Today they have about the same average as men. Opportunity begets opportunity. You cannot say that any test of IQ between african americans and white/jews is controlled because they have different upbringings. Even…

Interesting, maybe I'm wrong. I thought it was about 50/50 genetics and upbringing. Not to move the goalposts, I don't think that a couple pts difference in IQ is the biggest game changer though. Above a certain IQ (around average or maybe slightly above) I think other factors are more important to success, factors that are built with upbrining like discipline, work ethic, social skills, etc.
/r/TheRedPill10/08/17 01:26 AM
1

You're right genetics does play a factor. I think for the average person, male, female, white, black, whatever it's pretty much a wash. Opportunity begets opportunity. Here's an interesting fact: most pro athletes are born in the fall. Why? Because children born in fall are slightly more mature since they are the oldest in their groups, this means they have a slight advantage at the beginning, and will get to play more and on the better teams from a young age. This carries on right through to pr…

I know about the difference between male/female IQs. Thing is we are not comparing the 1% of the population. We are still comparing averages. Just because 2% of males might be geniuses compared to 1% of females doesn't change the work place dynamics. If someone was arguing about more male Nobel laureates that argument would be valid. But most programmers will be average, therefore both male or female will have average IQs, which as you've stated is the same. It's only the extremes that will diff…

Go ahead and prove your first point there. It's the 2nd generation immigrants that do well, not the first immigrants. Exactly like how all 2nd generation immigrants excel because they have more expectations, more pressure, etc. It's been proven IQ is dependent on upbringing and education.

In what way?? You guys think because he writes in an intellectual manner and adds some pseudo science he's a genius? Google would not fire someone without a legal team OK'ing it first? Every company with a legal team does this, first HR/management will give you a warning. Then they go talk to the legal department who OK's your firing, then they fire you. You guys are reading too much into this and adding stories for nothing, this isn't crime novel. He's a programmer not fuckin Harvey Spencer.

You compared legal African immigrants to refugees. Compare legal African immigrants in the US and Europe, they are similar. UK schools have plenty of legal Nigerians. And where do you get that US only accepts high iq immigrants?? They've always taken families, there are plenty of poor immigrants in the US and Canada who were allowed in because they had young children. I don't think you know American immigration well at all.

Refugees are treated the same in North America as in Europe. There are a lot of Eritreans in North America, and many came as Refugees. A lot of Ethiopians are also passing themselves off as Eritreans. The only reason Europe gets more is because it's closer. Nothing to do with laws, it's just a lot harder to cross the Atlantic than the Mediterranean.

That's life skills. The only place where social skills are not valued on paper is school. The person who can get answers and help from other people will be more successful in their career. Tesla might've been smarter than Edison intellectually, but Edison beat Tesla in the game of life because he used him. Same with Ford, he openly said he doesn't know half of what his engineers know, because he doesn't need to.

The problem with IQ is that it's dependent on one's education. When women weren't educated they scored well below men on IQ tests, now they score about the same. IQ only really separates between genders at the extremes, on average the difference between men and women and different races is negligible. Your upbringing, discipline, etc will make a far bigger impact than those 3 IQ pts average difference. I really can't say whether research in the humanities is faulty, again saying that 80-90% are …

My point is that there's no proof that what they're doing is harming the company in any significant way. The guy is making an assumption that the company is worse off now because of it's diversity policies. We have no proof that they are hiring and promoting worse employees. We only know that he feels that. He makes assumptions that he is not qualified to make. E.g differences in IQ? IQ is a faulty metric for measuring an employee's potential. And then he assumes that soft science professors hav…

Krav maga is not mma, a lot of techniques from krav maga are illegal in mma for obvious reasons. MMA is a sport, Krav Maga is an army combat system.

He has a lot of biases too. Like his comment about liberal soft science professors. He makes an error in assuming that because most of those professors are liberal, that their results will be liberal biased. He has no way of knowing that, and it's also possible those professors are liberal because of their studies. (like if you studied biology and stopped believing in creationism) And IQ is a poor metric to use for comparing people. IQ is not independent of upbringing and education.

He loses no credibility for losing against Floyd. He's in a win win situation. Nobody expects him to win. (nobody who knows fighting anyway). Boxers lose to Floyd and it's almost like it doesn't count. (e.g Canelo)

Floyd is also a promoter for the fight, he has to sell it. He can't make it too obvious that the fight will be one sided or else nobody will buy it.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 10:44 PM
2

The way Conor comes forward when he punches, I think it's very possible for Floyd to KO him. He has better timing and accuracy than anyone he's ever fought. He'll expose a lot of Conor's bad habits. Like how Marquez caught Manny coming in, perfect timing will get you a KO even if you're not a power puncher.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 10:11 PM

He'll make 100mm in this fight and probably retire, at the age of 29, rich and famous. He doesn't need your pity.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 10:05 PM
1

I would take you up on that bet. MW will obviously be making more, but Conor will likely be making the 2nd most out of everyone. You didn't notice he pointed out his promotion company? He is going the way of Oscar, and Floyd. You're in left field here.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 10:04 PM

This is just about promoting the fight, and it worked because a bunch of people here now think Conor is gonna win.

I'm a fight fan and have boxed competitively. I'm doing you a favour here, your comment is easily one of the dumbest on this subreddit. I guess Gengis Khan, Napoleon, Hemingway, or any other number of great men aren't Alpha either since they don't need to be 6ft 200lbs+ to exert power. And the smaller of the "manlets" will be making 200mm. You should go tell him how much more Alpha you are, moron. And the fact that they'll sell maybe 5mm PPV means yes a lot of people care about watching them.

More good mental masturbation.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:34 PM
1

Ok, my point was that Floyd is very mentally tough in the ring. Look at how composed he is, he barely needs his corner. You can see him in the middle of a round checking the time left in the round, looking at the other fighter and analyzing him when they are sitting in their corners. He's more boxer than human.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:32 PM
2

Floyd is in a weird position of also being a promoter in his fights, he still has to make people believe it's going to be a competitive fight. Imagine if Dana started saying a fight will be so lopsided it's not ever worth - as a promoter he can't be truthful.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:27 PM
1

If he hits like a truck why didn't he KO Nate with all the clean punches he was landing? Nate is the only bigger guy he's fought, Floyd has fought guys who hit harder and faster than Conor.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:25 PM
7

You think Floyd doesn't have a rough background??
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:24 PM
1

Lol you crazy. Floyd might be losing the mental battle outside the ring, but the only mental battle that really counts is in the ring. And Floyd has the best boxing mind in the world right now, hands down. And I am betting on Floyd to KO/TKO Conor. Conor won't last 12 rounds that's for sure. Have you ever seen Floyd look tired in any fight of his career? Nope, he trains like he's still broke.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:23 PM
7

Yes you are an idiot. How many of the most powerful men in the world are big juiceheads? We're not living in caveman time anymore, physical strength isn't the marker of power. And power is the marker of an Alpha.

Lol, maybe you should go expose one and shut the other one up then.
/r/TheRedPill15/07/17 04:19 PM

Nah this is Conor's breakout and maybe retirement. Conor put Dana in a position where he either gets a smaller portion of the money than he usually does with his fighters, or he gets nothing and he loses his biggest cash cow.

Well generally saying "I dress for myself" means you're not dressing to impress. For a guy "looking successful" (is it really hard to imagine?) would be wearing a well fitted suit, nice tie, nice shoes, clean shaven, neat etc. Or I could wear sweatpants and a loose T because I want to dress "for myself". These are twp extremes and there's a lot in between of course. Now which attire do you think is more likely to help you strike up a conversation with a potential employer/partner...? It's not ju…

It's not that uncommon. But you're assuming a man can't be androgynous/feminine and "alpha". A feminine man can be more confident and sure of himself than a "hypermasculine" macho type of man. He could be smoother, funnier, more calm and collected, more ambitious etc.

I'm saying that women end up oppressed in a way men do not because men's bodies are not assets the same way women's are So you're blaming biology? Many men have been oppressed and used as slaves for their physical capabilities. You saw that front page post about 900 laborers dying in Quatar working on the construction of the world cup preps, I'd bet you anything they are all men, mostly South Asian and Pilipino. I'm not sure if everyone really wants more. Most of the population seems content with mediocrity. The vast majority are middle class or lower, and most do not take risks to leave that comfort. So do people want to be important and special? Yes, but do they want it bad enough to leave their comfortable nests? Clearly not. Most would rather spend their free time watching, what's the average now, 4hrs of TV a day? Don't confuse what people say with what they do. People will say they want it all, bu…

Was I shouting or something? I pointed out that you blame men for the inequality and then say we shouldn't be assigning blame. Obviously I didn't take it personally that's a silly thing to say. My point is that if you start with the premise of "the inequality today is caused by men historically oppressing women" then you will only find solutions in that direction. If you start with "how are men and women different and how has that affected the current state of society" you're more likely to expl…

leadership should be equally shared if we want equality. Leadership can't really be given though. I don't think there are less women leaders because men are stifling all these female leaders, I think it's because more men WANT to be leaders than women. Just like more men want to be entrepreneurs than women. That's what I got from OP too, leaders are not given leadership, men take more risks and thus more often become leaders. Depends on what that traditional role entails. If it means dropping ou…

I think the point is that these gender roles are not due to oppression but more because of inherent differences between genders and women were as responsible for them as men. Like OP stated in his post, women were less likely to go risk their lives for an advantage over other people, so they acquired less power. Why blame men for women not taking as many risks?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/14 01:08 PM

I think the point is more that the reason why gender roles exist is not oppression but inherent behavior differences in men and women.

Is oppression the only plausible reason why women don't occupy more high positions in politics, finance, media etc? OP's post gave some pretty good reasons why this could be, for example men have more incentive to take risks and be different from the crowd, and men build more shallow wide relationships (good for politics, finance, etc.) whereas women build deeper personal relationships (not as good for politics, finance, etc. but better for personal relationships). Even today men still make up m…

Lol you must not know many Indians. Hair is super important to them. Indian girls VERY rarely cut their hair short, their mothers are putting oil and jasmine in their hair from childhood so they can have long healthy hair. Healthy hair is a sign of overall health. Sure you can have healthy short hair, but having long healthy hair shows you have really good hair because it's harder. So it could be another sign of good health and genes.

Well theorizing about shit that never happened means nothing. Go search for top singers, leaders, artists etc and tell me how often those women will be number one. So is it your opinion that Elizabeth is the BEST leader ever? That O'Keefe is the BEST artist ever, and Austen is the BEST writer ever?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 08:58 PM

Because intoxication makes you more vulnerable and therefore an easier target for assault. As a woman you should just be aware that you are weaker than most men, and you are the main targets for sexual assault. I don't know what men would get from telling women not to drink too much, from my point of view it seems like it's only in your best interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 08:53 PM
3

That's exactly what I say. I would be pulling my hair out if I thought my daughter was out drinking and doing whatever like a guy because I know it makes you an easier target. Everyone thinks that's the kind of stuff that always happens to someone else though.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 08:51 PM
2

Ya, surprisingly predators target vulnerable people (like drunk women). That's like the definition of a predator. Somehow feminists have made it a matter of gender equality, when it should just be a matter of common sense and safety since you're inherently weaker than half the population and way more targeted for sexual assaults.

The victim's state should never affect the punishment for the guilty. Having said that, if the woman in your example was drunk and walking home alone, I would say she was dumb. That doesn't mean the rapist should get a lesser charge or that she in any way deserved. But I think it's important to tell women to not put themselves in a dangerous situation because you can't control the behavior of crazy people. But are you saying they are better than Einstein, Newton, Hawking, Darwin, Tesla, DaVinci, Galileo, etc? I said who is the BEST in the field, not who is great. Is Blackburn the best biologist ever? Is Marie Curie the best physicist or chemist ever? Is Faber the best astronomer ever? No. Tell me a woman is the BEST, not great, not among the best, but THE BEST.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 06:06 PM
2

Common sense? You think there is a larger biological difference between a white man and black man than between a woman and man? I specifically said physiological differences that cause inherent psychological differences. Can you tell me how two men from different cultures/classes/religions will be more different physiologically than a man and woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 05:01 PM

It would be useful if you were making clothes for men and women. Similarly understanding the different mating strategies between sexes is useful if you want to get laid/have a relationship etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 04:57 PM

Define better. The best in every field is a man. Men also make up more mental patients and psychological problems, so maybe in some ways women are better since they trend more toward the middle and men more toward the extremes.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/14 04:53 PM

I'd say Tyson is definitely at the top of his field, not necessarily in research but in effect and exposure. He probably has more influence in his field than anyone else. And considering he was Sagan's protégé, I'd bet he's one of the top minds in his field as well. Like Sagan he has a way of simplifying concepts and making it accessible for the layman.

I think a lot of people here are underestimating how shitty it is in those ghettos. This isn't a black America problem only. In all ghettos around the world, whether it's in the US, Russia, Indian, Brazil, they have these problems. These kids are robbing and carrying guns at 12-13yrs old while most white kids in the suburbs are being taken to chuck-e-cheese and spoiled by their parents. That's kind of how taxes work. You might not drive as much as the next guy but you pay equally for roads. Car insurances are private companies, not the same as taxes, they are concerned with the bottom line, not social benefit. And there's a difference between knowing that people don't always mean what they say and not listening to what they have to say at all. I'd say you'll always get more reliable data by observing rather than directly asking. So it's not ridiculous when RPers say it's better to go by what women do than what they say right? Example I doubt any woman would ever accept hypergamy. Yet men have no problem accepting that polygamy is their more "natural" drive. Both are "uncivilized" but I don't see women…

About the "asking women part". You actually won't always get the right answer when you ask people directly what they want. People often say the "right thing" or give an answer they think they should say. The ones who understand this the most are advertisers. True, and you see them come up with the same complaints that RPers do - that atheists aren't taking up positive positions, that they aren't coming up with an alternative explanation for the beginning of the universe, that saying life doesn't have inherent meaning leads to an empty moral philosophy, etc. I think RPers are the ones not concerned with morality and more concerned with pragmatism. Yes sex is big for us. Men don't get any affection in our day to day lives. We don't hug and kiss our friends, we don't cuddle with each other or sleep in the same bed, we don't complement each other or say how we feel to each other (sober anyway). They aren't one night stands or ltr's until commitment is established or not. Until that point they are just men. And he's saying the man with whom she's likely to have a one night stand with is still a man she'd have a ltr with. Whereas the man who ends up being a ltr might not be the man she'd have a one night stand with. One man will not give her commitment, one will. You are saying that she likes the one who gives her commitment more, but she would most likely have accepted the more dominant…

I don't it know how to say this without it becoming a debate about how not all men are alike. But guys don't want the same thing women want. We really don't care about confidence, or hobbies, or similar personality traits. There is no time of the month when we want a dominant partner. We butt heads with men all day long, men are always competing with each other, it's tiring, give me something different. At some point you have to wonder why all these "shit" men are not showing another side of the…

Lol "supposed to" eh. There's a difference between a guy who treats everyone the same and the guy who is an asshole or a nice guy only to women he finds attractive. I think it's the first one that women are attracted to, it shows I'm decent enough to treat you like I treat my friends, but I'm not gonna bend over backwards for an acquaintance either. I give my friends a hard time and I give women a hard time, it's all love. I guess if you try being nice and it doesn't work you go to the other ext…

Ok I'm being an ass because the question is stupid in relation to RP. It has nothing to do with RP. What's your interpretation of studies that say women look for a dominant during ovulation for sex and a more submissive man for ltr?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/14 08:09 PM

You're overestimating men's standard for a hook up. We don't look for any dark triad. We look for a combination of attractive and easy when we want sex. That's all. We don't care if she's a nerd gamer or the chick dancing on tables in the club. Basically the most attractive girl that is willing to have sex at that time. Whereas women most of the time want a high value man, and especially a more alpha type when they're ovulating. To say we are attracted to the Dark Triad is to forgetting that men…

Some things sure are up for debate. But things like women are the gatekeepers of sex, they literally tell you that in Biology 101. Estrogen makes emotional and testosterone makes you aggressive, it's biochemistry. It's true all the time. 100% until proven otherwise. Ya I suppose. What is genetic patent law? I think when TRP says for the "just be yourself" is because it doesn't work as well for men as it does for women. Confidence, humour, charisma, leadership, "alpha qualities" are qualities that are more important for women than men and they are qualities that must be developed, they are not usually innate. I think it's more in a relationship dynamic they say the man is better than the woman. Not all men are better than all women. No man here could compare with Oprah for example. But in a relationship, women usually go for a man who is "better", whereas men will gladly be with a woman who is "lower" status. A King can make any peasant a Queen. A Queen cannot make a King.

I'm not saying enjoy sex less or even want it less. They just don't want it as fast as we do. Example I can show up at a woman's house, first date, and I'd be down to have sex right away, fuck the dinner or coffee or whatever. How many women are like that? If you say most, maybe you're going after the wrong women.

Funny science says testosterone increase libido in both men and women. Men produce 20 times more testosterone daily. You really think we don't have different sex drives?

They don't hate men for having a lot of relationships. They hate men for giving commitment too soon. Well "hate" is a strong word, they disapprove of it and criticize it. The opposite of a slut who gives away sex too easily is a man who gives his commitment too easily and fast. If a woman had sex with 5 guys, but they were ltr's, compared to a woman who had sex with 5 guys but they were ONSs, I'd say the latter woman gave sex too easily and devalued herself.

No I don't think TRP is sexist. I've said many are angry and bitter and the language is vulgar. I try to give them advice to move away from anger and toward acceptance. I said I think men and women are different, but we can complement each other and love each other. See what I mean when I say you only hear what you want to hear? I accept men and women are different and behave differently and respond differently, and thus should be treated differently. Is that sexism? I don't think so. I told you…

You just hear what you want to hear. You're an old record stuck on the same song. I go there to try and give advice to these bitter insecure men who've been burned or are just fed up with not having success with women. The language is vile and the rhetoric is angry. But it's aimed at getting results. It's a process, not a one time easy quick fix like most people want. What do you do to help? It's not healthy. But these men are often insecure and are scared to approach women because they feel inadequate and fear rejection. Working out and all that doesn't make them feel any less inadequate. So telling them that the girl is just another pigeon head, who cares about her etc. is just to boost his ego so he can say "fuck it who cares if this girl rejects me or what she thinks she's just a dumb hamster". I said it was an example. That's what a local chapter of white supremacist does, you comparing them to TRP is foolish and exaggerated. They want nothing do with other races and what them out of "their" country. TRP is about getting more women to like and love you. Do you read before you fly off in rage? I don't think it's healthy for either men or women to "go their own way". And I couldn't imagine a fleshlight or whatever sexual toy for men can come close to a real vagina either. Do you have to have an orgasm to enjoy intimacy and affection with another human being?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/14 09:30 PM

Well I do think a dildo is inherently a poor substitute for sex and women have told me it doesn't compare. I mean it's a cold inanimate object. On what basis are you refuting it if you've never tried it? And "plenty" of people? Let's remember sex is part of our basic human needs.

The post was about "sluts". I replied using that word since I assumed we all had a shared understanding of what it means. The OP is not asking about women that "men rape and kill". He's asking about promiscuous women, often called sluts in today's society. You missed the point. Women are not turned off by men who've had many sexual partners. So why should we care? Likewise men are turned off by women with many sexual partners, so you should care about it. Don't waste your time trying to change peoples tastes. Accept it and move on. Men accept that many women value success and money more than men do.

You can call it personal preference. If you like women who sleep around that's cool. But you're wasting your time trying to tell men they should want a loose woman. You can either accept it or not. I don't look down on a slut. I just don't think they are ltr material. Always good for a fuck friend but that's it. For us the equivalent of a slut would be a desperate guy. Agree with you, the posted comment and I agreed first of all it's rude to go on your laptop/fb/phone when you're with someone else. Like you said I'd expect a smart girl to figure it out and just be turned off by his blatant drama. On another note can you really fake everything? What about contractions and umm wetness. Sometimes girls tell me they orgasmed and I'm like "ok, you don't have to lie about it if you didn't".

How is that wrong? I'm a very sexual and passionate person. I don't always want sex. But I've never been turned down by a gf, and I've never turned down my gf. If she worked 2 16hr shifts I won't just say "baby I'm gonna plow you in an hour" that's just dumb, I understand women aren't like us and need some warming up. I enjoy foreplay etc. That guy was just lazy and didn't want to put in the effort to arouse her. If it was me and she came home exhausted I would've given her some TLC, maybe a bit…

That does sound believable actually I shouldn't have said that. It's shocking he would say that, not because of the discrimination, but the fact that he admits it to your face. Pretty dumb, good thing you didn't end up working for a moron like that. I've had someone tell me through someone else that they wouldn't hire me because of my skin color, but never to my face.

Shit I would have kept all my gfs, except one lol, to live with since I love them all and they're all great in their own ways. Then I'd bang every girl I found attractive, probably more than one at a time. I'd still go home to my beautiful wives and we can all chill together. I would find some way to monetize my new found powers we'd live like royalty on a beautiful beach.

Seriously you need a source for that? It's common fuckin knowledge. Now you just got into ridicule. No it's not possible to protect them 100% But how often are they alone with an adult? Hmm, babysitting seems to be an obvious one. Pretty vulnerable right? I'm not happy about it. I find it a shame that in NA as a man I can't just pick up anybody's kid. I find it exaggerated when we're in public. But leaving your child alone with a stranger? Ya that might be a time when you should be more cautious…

There are more male pedophiles than female. That's true, chances are higher of a child being molested by a family member or close friend, but there's not much you can do about that is there? There are many cases of schools and orphanages not vetting pedophiles, mistakes happen. I suppose the chances are very low. How low of a probability would you consider safe regarding someone raping your child?

I don't think it's sexist. I would tell my daughter to be more careful around men, and would not want her walking around alone at night. I also think women should be much more careful with drinking. The babysitting thing, I dunno I wouldn't hire an agency, only someone I knew.

So do you think a social rule that says men are not allowed to fight back against a women is unwarranted? What so women should be allowed to strike a man and the man can't defend himself? That makes no sense. It's illegal to assault someone, end of story. Well, it's more complicated than that, casual sex is like fast food, we know it's usually not good, unhealthy, we don't feel great after and we want to wash our hands and get out quick because we don't even want to smell the food anymore. But still we desire it every time we pass by a mcdonalds, and every now and then it hits the spot. That's our base instincts, to fuck everyone woman (decent looking woman). Casual sex isn't great for all us either, I mean it's ok, better than jerking off, but sex is always 100x better when love is involved. The advice I give to everyone is just to stop fucking around and build a legacy so you can live the life others dream of, fuck that mediocre shit you'll be dead one day and only you will have lost out on a great life if you don't go for it. The while first episode is about guys being alpha, with the group of 6 workers. Then the one where they have the guy dress up as gorilla to see who the alpha is among the group who'll protect the broad. Yes chivalry is a turn on I'm not surprised. Well why are you so adament that scientists would not use those terms? I can do the same, but it doesn't prove anything other than I can use google. I told you the documentary i watched, and if you put the same effort into searching for the other side of the argument you'll probably find sources and scientists as well.

Yes exactly "try" is the operative word. My opinion was that men try more, well at least some men. Most men actually make the same mistake women make, in trying to understand women from a male perspective. Then they get mad and think the women are bitches etc for not reciprocating as they would expect themselves to. Mmm, what do you find mythical about the wall? A high quality man yes, a beta no. There are more betas than alphas. So most women don't have to really understand them that well. Many men might get laid a lot by just knowing women enough to approach and fuck, but if that's all they want it works for them. I see your reasoning, but it doesn't work like that, men are more desperate than women in general, especially a man who doesn't approach a lot of women and knows it might be another few months before he gets his rocks off. Men are more likel…

Ya but you see a lot of women serial daters. Sign up to pof and you can get a date every day of the week. Also many men are content with just sex in a relationship, so really doesn't take that much effort. The women who do however try to understand men are fantastic, just like the men who try to understand women. It's just about not being selfish, me me me and thinking of other people. And why do you say women need men more than the other way around? You're about to get mauled by some feminists …

No one wants to hear your bitching, including your SO. Oh you're a woman...in that case you can talk about your emotions as long as you reciprocate and make him happy as well. Don't assume we like talking about emotions and shit, for most of us it's tiring and we just listen to you because we care.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/14 06:42 PM

Would you agree that given that men are usually the ones who approach women, and women are the selectors, a man has much more incentive to really understand women since it increases his chances of getting a woman. A woman doesn't have to understand men in the slightest to accept or reject a man's approach.

Very superficial understanding of "maintaining frame". What you describe is faking to maintain frame, but not internalizing it. We don't inherently distrust women, we inherently understand that anyone can cheat at any time, you can improve yourself and keep "gaming her", which is actually good for everyone and a non-selfish way to act, but at the end of the day if she cheats she cheats and you just have to have enough self respect to walk away. Since we are polygamous, there's no advantage for us to leave one woman for another more attractive woman, the ideal situation for us is to just keep amassing sexual partners. Since we have balls full of millions of potential babies waiting to be spread every day of our sexually active lives. Now in my opinion these are our primitive instincts and we should not give in to o…

It's not a conscious decision when a woman chooses an "alpha" male, no one fucks just because they're there they fuck because of attraction. He's saying "alpha" traits are what attracts a younger woman. This explains why you hear all these men complaining about assholes getting all the women, and nice guys being passed on etc. mostly in their 20s, and women complaining about said assholes. Sorry, I've never heard of a man say he wants to marry a slut. "you can't turn a ho into a housewife". I ha…

It's quite obvious that most mammals are hypergamous. In fact, all animal species where the male is physically larger than the female are hypergamous, the only reason they are larger is to physically compete with each other for the female. Our closest relatives, bonobos, chimps, gorillas are also hypergamous. Although bonobos, interestingly, are matriarchal and the males are not as dominant as with other apes, and are chosen based on compassion as well. They are also the only non-human animals t…

You didn't really define what a submissive man, you said you like beautiful, athletic, considerate ... men. None of those are strictly qualities of a submissive man. You say you want a man with personality and a will of their own. Wouldn't a submissive man by definition have less will? I just don't know how you differ a dominant man from a submissive man.

I go there to give advice mostly. But why are you even on the purplepilldebate forum if you have already made up your mind that they are shitty? Can't imagine you'll ever have a discussion where two people learn/understand when you've already made up your mind that they are just shitty people. And to my knowledge people don't join the KKK to have better relationships and more sex with black people.

What do you mean by a submissive man? Do you like a man who doesn't stand up for himself or for you? A lot of people paint everyone in RP the same, as macho men who try to dominate every situation. A much larger core tenet is maintaining frame, which means just being solid as a rock, unshakable in your convictions and values, and also an ability to be ruthless when it is needed, but also understanding at times. It is about letting go of your ego in order to improve your life and the life of thos…

Is it possible your culture is not the only one nor the majority? I never said your culture doesn't exist, you're the one saying that women don't listen to that "play hard to get" stuff, I'm just telling you a lot of women actually do. I mean really just watch any romance movie, American or Bollywood (especially Bollywood) or whatever, the girl plays hard to get. What you think there are actual rapists on TRP? There was actually a post a few days ago where someone on TRP said to say "if you say stop I'll stop" and then do exactly that. His experience was that they never meant "stop" anyway. But that kind of goes against how you portray TRP.

I said it should not be a matter of policy whether or not someone is considerate to someone else, man or woman. Maybe women should also act differently since we are different, like not getting drunk with a guy you just met and going home with him. And maybe women shouldn't be so blase about sex but expect us to take responsibility for their consent. Being different doesn't mean being inferior or superior.

You do not have an obligation to be attentive and considerate to anyone. Yes it's the decent thing to do, but you can't go around saying men now have to be considerate and attentive to women. There's no policy that says women have to be attentive and considerate to men in any situation. Or that men have to be considerate and attentive to other men. Or women to women. Why should there be a policy that men have to treat women differently? For me this isn't even a gender debate, it's just about bei…

Just because you don't buy in to it don't think for a second that millions of other women don't. There is difference between not being good at saying no and not being capable of saying no. Why not tell people to be responsible for their own safety and feelings instead of shifting the blame to other people. I'm not talking about actual rape here, I don't think a rapist cares whether you say no if he's getting off on it he's a sociopath anyway

I don't see how homosexuality is related to TRP. There was a guy there recently who said his sexuality was somewhat flexible, non one shamed him for it, I told him it doesn't really matter when it comes to your behavior with women you should still do xyz.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 08:33 AM

Well something is wrong if you can't say no. Why would you even be in that situation in the first place without knowing that sex might happen? I mean you shouldn't agree to go to a guy's apartment alone if you won't be able to say no when he pushes for sex. I'd say they have some issue if they can't voice themselves like a responsible mature adult.

Lol I'm not trying to be mean. But you're asking a lot of very general questions that really depend on the situation context etc. For now I'll say no don't go pay for a prostitute. That does nothing to improve you and requires no actual effort. I'll say you should just work to improve yourself. Be cheap with your time, it's the one thing you'll never get back in life. Put 6 alphas together in a room, you'll eventually have one alpha and 5 betas. That's how I understand it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 02:08 AM

Wait what do you mean here? A prostitute is still a woman, having sex with her doesn't necessarily mean you're alpha or beta. Paying her in my opinion makes you beta. Why are you asking this anyway? These aren't quick and simple answers. If you really want to know go read up.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 02:05 AM

exactly this. Someone like Andy Warhol looks physically beta, but his behavior was very alpha
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 02:00 AM

depends on if the person is alpha or beta...just because i dont pay a prostitute doesn't make me more alpha than charlie sheen who does
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 01:54 AM

Oh come on most people like to be chased. It's a sign of being desired. Every dating advice ever written for women encourages you to "play hard to get" in some way.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 01:48 AM
5

Or you can just bring the food to his mouth and let him take a bite because he's not an invalid who's incapable of saying no. And if he takes a bite he wanted to take a bite. He can't turn around later and said he just did it to appease you so you don't feel bad about being a bad cook and in reality you forced him. If you're comfortable enough to be alone with him in a situation where you think sex is expected or might happen you should be comfortable enough to say no.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/14 01:41 AM
1

So a lack of no is a no? Sex usually doesn't happen in such a thought out way, it escalates from making out, touching etc. and goes into sex. The way it's worded is like at some point just before actual penetration I have to ask if she wants to have sex? Or can we be normal people and use our judgement and body language etc. It should be pretty clear when someone is being raped.

Standards are pretty much consistent. If a man likes a girl, he won't stop liking her because he sees a prettier girl. Hypergamy says that a woman may like a man UNTIL she encounters a more attractive man.

Seriously? You actually don't think it's easier for women to get laid? Ok, make a profile a man and a woman on a dating site, of about equal attractiveness, say average. First of I don't much care for Roissy and have only read a bit of his stuff and heard of him. But, what you're asking is why on RP they criticize women who "ride the carousel" and not men? Biological differences really. Men can have children until much later, so they have the option of delaying fatherhood longer than women have the option of delaying motherhood. Also, being selective is prized in women, and being successful with women is prized in men. It's cliche but it's true, women don't "get…

You're generalizing a lot of RP. I saw the post you're probably referring to and I commented that it's dumb to lie and make up shit to impress women. I think the core tenet is about improving yourself so you don't have to lie to women. Myself and others on that post said about that. I don't condone lying, but a certain amount of withholding is necessary, it creates intrigue and mystery, as humans we are naturally curious. And about the men lying about having partners or how many women they slept…

Mystery can work in your favour, and being slightly androgynous can be work I guess. But as others have said, don't ask shit about their fuckin periods. And don't try to prove anything to anybody. I thought at the end he actually realizes she was just a controlling bitch. He is able to admit his faults and see hers, ignoring the fact that she tries to belittle him and make him crawl back. Even if she didn't fuck the guy (I think she did btw) she lied to him, she spent the night at some dude's hotel room on a night when her bf was expecting her. Seriously not even a question here. There's no explaining here. If she needs to have THAT shit explained to her she's not worth it period.

Thanks man I'm not there yet but I'm working on it everyday. I know what you mean about meeting someone with the right mindset, really opens your eyes, I hope to one day be that guy who can inspire others too.

It was an analogy to a man and a woman in a relationship. If you're weak you will lose your gf.

Will you get your army back by acting like you did to lose them?

Do you get angry at all dogs when yours acts like a dog? Showing anger is weak as hell

Because no one fuckin cares about your problems. Everyone is selfish and if you want to get ahead you have to understand that and use it to your advantage by not acting like everyone else who always wants to talk about their problems. You have to internalize being strong and maintaining frame, it's not an act you put on in front of girls. Find a way to deal with your emotions. Does an army general complain and show fear to his troops? No, even if he is scared he has a duty to not show it. As a m…

I think he he's right. We should practice what we preach, and we preach not bitching and bring angry, maintaining frame etc.

Lol why is this guy getting up voted. No one cares about your fckin problems and nobody wants to hear them. There is nothing attractive about a man who is angry, whiny, bitter, complains etc

This is a much needed post. I see too many bitter guys here bitching about women. Stop fucking whining and get on with life using your new found knowledge. Understand that nobody cares or wants to hear about your problems, the faster you get that the better. Now you know how you can be different: most people complain about their problems and don't want hear other peoples problems...do the opposite and doors will open. (This is more life advice in general that just women advice)

Useful is subjective, sex and entertainment are not going anywhere and are still some of the biggest industries. Lol her legacy might be stupid but what legacy do you have? Jay-z, Paris Hilton, Jordan used their celebrity status to launch huge products worth many millions. How can you even put Paris Hilton and Jay-Z/Jordan in the same category?? Hilton is just a spoiled brat who sucked a dick on video to get popular. Still she has some business acumen and who knows if her dumb blonde personality…

I don't know if that woman is a 10 lol that was just general advice. I doubt she's a 10 considering she's a junkie who just got out of jail. And yes, a 10 on looks can be worthless if she's going to bring you down or waste your time etc. it's not about how other people perceive your girl, just think of yourself, does she add value to your life? Does she turn you on? Is she good to you? Is she loyal to you? etc. OP is wasting his time with a ho anyway don't worry about it. Don't wast time trying …

I never said she was a talented actress. I said she was a talented seducer. It takes talent in some way to achieve that level of success, whether it's acting, seducing, socializing etc. Again how do you think she became so successful? You don't think she's talented and admit it's not luck, so what?
/r/TheRedPill29/01/14 10:05 PM

What? I don't give a fuck about her. I just give respect where it's due and appreciate people's success. Stop being a hater. "oh she wasn't talented etc" buddy she achieved way more than anyone on this forum in her short life, she cemented a freakin legacy that still lives on decades later. What do attribute that to? I would be defending marlon brando or anyone else who had a great influence on the world.

How does being ugly make you a careerist entitled bitch?? There's not much she can do if she's ugly, besides getting in shape, that doesn't make her a bitch, she can still be a good person and a good gf/wife. And being pretty doesn't make you a valuable person either. You're kind of just getting the superficial bit with some anger. You don't need to be angry at this chick for being a ho, just know she's a ho and don't be a fool. Don't fuckin marry a ho because she's a 10. You're better of being …

You think someone become a worldwide sex symbol without talent? Mass seduction is talent. The top men in the world fell for her. You let me know when you can have that much influence in the world without talent. It takes more than just looks. And if you think it's "luck" you just don't get it.

totally agree, I just joined this sub and I see a lot of guys who seem like newbs trying to convince girls they what they're doing is wrong etc. As you said, the point is to use this knowledge to your favour, not to flaunt the knowledge. It depends on the gym and depends on you. Some gyms are dumb and will throw you in right away and let you take a beating. Some places will slowly put you in with experienced fighters who will control the pace, not hit you too hard, but keep you honest. From there it depends on you if you want to compete or train like you do, or if you just want to keep it as a recreation/training. Although eventually if you spar with guys who compete you will get eat a few good shots, these guys have to be mean …

The reason I'm telling him to box is not so he goes around kicking people's asses. It's the training, the discipline. In Krav Maga you will not be able to actually practice the techniques, they're too dangerous, so you won't get the same intensity in training. You know your teacher is not going to actually rip out your throat, so the fear is not there. In boxing you will get punched in the face, hard and repeatedly if you're not ready, the fear is very real.
/r/TheRedPill29/01/14 09:03 AM

I'll add to the fighting thing. Imagine learning to be confident and calm in the ring (or octagon) while another guy is trying to knock your block off. Tell me after that how many situations in life are going to actually stress you out? It's scary to fight, fighting that fear will build tremendous character.

Just know that the worst case scenario is usually exaggerated and highly unlikely. Don't be afraid of failure. You will learn and become better. Takes balls to go all in with no safety net, good for you, you're one of the few that take action. If you fail and go homeless ok then go get a job right? Not so bad is it? EDIT: get a job and then try again!

Meant more like a push kick to the knees. But with your size I'd probably go for balls. I mean I wouldn't start a fight with someone your size but if I was attacked then ya I'm going for balls, eyes, throat.

Ok in the street it's a whole different story, someone your size I'm going for the knees or balls right away I'm not gonna try to duke it out with him. People don't realize how defense oriented boxing is, you're not gonna last a few rounds in the ring with no defense. With your size you could lay people out with a jab, you have a lot of weight behind your punches. In the ring at a certain point a weight difference is too much (depending on skill difference too). There are ways of overcoming spee…

Real difference is a CEO gets paid based for performance, big results gets him big bonuses. As an employee you won't get paid twice as much tomorrow if you work twice as hard. You'll get paid the same as the next guy even if he's a complete slacker, which I'm sure you're aware. *unless you're in sales
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:34 PM
1

Ya considering Zuckerberg, Gates, Jay-Z, Mark Cuban etc. are CEOs...
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:30 PM

My point is just that there are ways around not having capital, many have done it and many more will continue to do it. That's cool, what industry are you in?
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:21 PM
1

CEO is not an employee. That's cool.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:19 PM

Sigh...my point is there are ways around not having capital. People who really want it will find a way. People who don't will give excuses.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:07 PM
1

This is getting boring. I don't know what you're trying to prove. That it's not possible to start a business with no capital? What's your point in all of this? Are you trying to validate yourself for going along with the 9-5 until retirement mentality?
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:06 PM
1

"co-founded"..."CEO"...CEOs are not your average employee. And you're deluded if you think you'll become CEO of a company if you work there long enough. Most CEOs are brought in from outside and are former entrepreneurs.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 09:05 PM
1

"Steve Jobs was employed at Apple..." umm ok...sure.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 08:55 PM

Then why are you being so negative about it? And why are you giving advice on starting a business (you need capital, you can't do this or that because you'll owe other people etc.) if you've never even tried?
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 08:52 PM
2

Mmm rich to me means you own your time. Whether you drive a lambo or a civic doesn't matter. Your time is limited, yet a job forces you to exchange your time for money. It's not about material things, it's about your limited time in life and how you want to use it.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 08:49 PM

Read. Learn. Offer value to people. Work for free.Offer value to people. Learn. Try. Fail. Offer value to people. Try. Fail again. Learn. You can't hit a home run if you don't step up to the plate. And all it takes is one home run. No one talks about how many times this or that millionaire failed. He might've failed 50 times in his life, but all people know is he hit a home run once.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 08:45 PM
6

Change your mindset. Read, learn. There are millions of dollars out in the world who would love to have a home that would bring them better returns than the 1-2% the bank gives. Money is not real, it's just a form of ledger people use in exchange for value. Don't chase money. Chase opportunities to offer value to people. Money will come. Stop being just a consumer, start being a producer.

lol talk to the people who employ them If they are employed it means they aren't rich yet. Rich people own their time and are in control of their financial future. Employees have neither.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 08:07 PM
2

Ah, a whole other redpill needed here. Nope, you don't need capital. It's just another excuse to stay in the comfort zone and give reasons to why other people did it but you can't (oh he probably comes from a wealthy family and had capital etc.) I can name you plenty of entrepreneurs who started with no capital, I don't know of any retired 30yr old millionaires who got rich from a job.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/14 07:56 PM

What argument? Job = stability, comfort. You will not get rich working for someone else. Saving 10%/year until 65 years old is not getting rich.

I'll let he veterans here handle most of this. One thing I will say, obviously work out to get bigger, BUT lanky guys have an advantage in boxing. Not just because of reach, but they hit hard because of the leverage you get. Ask any coach, they know lanky guys can be very dangerous. Go join a boxing gym, expect to get your ass kicked...a lot, but your balls will start to grow and eventually you'll start dishing out some beatings too.
