Incels still go through grief, anyone can go through grief for whatever reason. How about you try putting off porn again just temporarily, but when you break watch some really timid porn, like maybe massage porn and watch the whole videos from start to finish. Rather than jumping around video to video, too much porn will make you need more and more hardcore/unique stuff as time goes on. How are you going with self actualization? Are you taking steps to improve your life? We should try to better ourselves bit by bit as we get older. Just my two cents
