Quit drinking and smoking 2 years ago after years of damage. Cold turkey. Took a week for the withdrawal issues to stop. Takes longer to replace it. You just need something to keep yourself busy. Some goals, self-improvement, computer games, music. Could only stop when I wanted to stop, then it was easy. I needed change. Other things in life. The weed and booze was incompatible with work and healthy living. Try r/leaves.

Not angry at women. I used to be, when women gave me reason to be angry. Anger is a defense mechanism and is part of living a healthy life. I no longer give women any power over me.
