4	Gents, I'm contemplating going full monk mode IDK why westerns always omit the spiritual part off of the equation? My advice is at least seek out a pseudo-religion like yoga or some sort of philosophical religion like evolutionism as a starting point to finding the truth and as a tool to finding peace. 5	My past, my present, my future Key things to avoid because they either make bad times last longer or increase the severity of them are substance abuse like alcohol. Behavioral abuse like chronic masturbation / hookers / porn etc. Basically anything that alters your brain chemistry and exchanges your productivity for a short buzz.
