I never open up with validation at least when it comes to their face or body. I actually cold approached this girl at the gym today who is wearing a Gold‘s gym shirt that I was looking for the last month or two and I went up to her and ask her where she got the shirt from and you just come off with a conversation off of that. I eventually gave her my number and will probably get a workout in this week just keep it short and simple playa.

ok no shot i was reading all that but i 100% agree with you. i’ve cold approached 4 women at the gym alone and 3 of them told me they were glad i went up to them, (we did a couple workouts together). luckily i’m doing this as a young buck so i can flourish in my 20s. i kinda went in this idgaf mindset when i was 17 and it’s worked. i think about my father telling me “don’t be a little bitch and do it” and that helps me get over approach anxiety tremendously 💯
