I think some of its useful, but a lot of the ones you see pop up is just some dork who’s been on TRP for a couple weeks and will say some shit like “My mysterious alpha stud buddy picks up a shitload of bitches because he doesn’t say anything other then “mm” and “yeah”. So I started doing the same. It’s not working yet, and people think I’m a weird fuck, but I’m gonna keep trying and see how it goes” (real post I saw a couple days ago)

it’s just one of many ways in which you can implement self-discipline in your life, I think it’s so popular because let’s be honest; who wants to take a cold ass shower when you can take a soothing hot one? Just the act of walking into the shower and putting it on cold is a great step for someone who’s struggling to get disciplined, because it progressively builds willpower Also, think about stepping into a jacuzzi vs jumping into a cold pool. The jacuzzi relaxes you and comforts you, but the co…

I'd say just by having a good physique and decent style you're in the top 20%. (prob closer to top 10%, even if your face is ugly given you got some game)

An important factor of any man is their strength. As long as you're staying active (swimming, running, boxing, etc.) you're ahead of 95% of the population, but lifting is going to help you pick a girl up and carry her while you fuck her, move that dresser up a flight of stairs with proper form while the women watch, open that pickle jar with ease with your grip strength from deadlifting, and simply being the most physically intimidating looking male in the room. Chicks wanna fuck guys with big b…

“Looking back, it makes me cringe. “ Get that energy out of your mind brother. We live and we learn, failures are mistakes , stay in this mindset and (mostly) nothing will make you cringe again

Dawg...if a D1/D2 athlete pulls up to a party in his jumpsuit, he’s getting attention from women, that’s how it is

Aye man I ain't saying it is his responsibility. TBH , I would prob do the same too given it isn't someone I know that well. I only ask the other commenters to make sure their responses aren't rooted in anger and thoughts of getting "justice", because that just feeds negative energy. I also urge readers to consider WHO it is behind the username , and to take everything said on here w a grain of salt, not as absolute truth. Hope you conquer today brother, keep it real

What we should be asking is "who are pookie513 and nervlord"? Are they a couple of 6'3 studs who rake in pussy and can teach us, or some fat beta cucks who get off on the vengeance OP could've had by leaving her ass in jail? A man must determine his own empathy level. We gotta make our own distinctions of what we consider "white knight" behavior, and what any decent human being would do. If you're like me (grew up w mom and 3 sisters, no father) you might have an instinct to protect women you kn…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
