Due to ur bfs libido issues coupled with his porn consumption we're going prescribe r/nofap. Probably the pressure surrounding the importance of fucking your brains out has an impact on it. Pretty sure u both want that so work together for the goal. 40 days no fap then u should see results. a week/weekend getaway could be a solution, but be careful tho, those could put pressure on the sex, probably do that after getting over the first hump ;)

if she flaked on the date then a spaghetti date sounds like your skipping a few steps. although it could work. but it's really pushy. seddit wise speaking she's in an unhealthy state to be trying to get with her. friend wise do what you can but in order to really help her you have to stay strong yourself. if you can manage to keep strong and help her become strong I don't think you should have issues becoming closer with her. albeit very vague but I hope that offers some insight
