It’s like he’s doing everything but saying those words now

Honest questions: How old are you? Do you regularly go to the gym? How many women have you dated or been friends with?

I mean, considering it’s taken me roughly half the time as you claim you’ve been lifting, I’m sure that day is not too far off. You seem upset. Why are you so mad people want to gauge the experience and accomplishments of someone claiming to know so much?

330x2 is my best bench currently. But here you go again misdirecting like it’s not blatantly obvious what you’re doing. I’m not the one here giving advice or making blanket statements about lifting. You have to avoid the question because you have nothing to show for your time.

Why are you still avoiding the question and misdirecting? It should be pretty easy for a dude who’s lifted 10 years and accomplished something to answer. Instead, you’ve put in so much more effort crafting a narrative as to why you won’t answer it. Don’t pretend you’re taking some high ground here - you’re hiding and you know it.

You can stop here and just admit you’ve accomplished nothing in 10 years and shouldn’t be listened to. It’s okay. I’m not judging you for that. I’m judging you for saying dumb things and acting like an expert.

I’m asking how strong you are - a question you sure have avoided a lot for someone claiming 10 years experience. Is it because your results are unimpressive and you don’t know what you’re talking about?

This is all very interesting, but you can quantify it in terms we can all understand, like pounds on the bar? Sets are not how much you lift. That’s how many sets you do. What is the weight being used?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
