The original video has 1,2 million views. Even with nominal youtube CPM, that's a 1-1500 USD payout for the uploader, with probably the same or more from other sources who licenses the video. And that's not taking into account the obvious schadenfreude he probably got while filming it (and watching it later).

If she really didn't believe in it, she wouldn't mind being uploaded to "it".

You really need to read up on the first amendment. Or at least watch a few first amendmend audits on youtube. In short, anyone can be "free press" and film/photograph in public. You have no right to privacy when in public or when you're visible from a public space. If you can see it from public, you can photograph and film it. Your eyes (and view) can not be trespassed.

And the padding doesn't look soft, it looks jagged and dense

If she doesn't believe in it, why is it that important for her to not be put on it? If I don't believe in God, I sure as shit don't mind "God seeing everything you do"..

She literally says that she's on cymbalta and hasn't taken her pill today. The original youtube video has tons of comments on the side affects (and effects when you go off it) of that drug. That said, if you're this bad on or off any drug, then maybe you shouldn't be allowed outside alone without a guardian (or two). You sure as shit shouldn't be allowed to drive a car.

As someone with brittle bones (Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Type I, yes, like Mr. Glass) who could break a lot by being bumped like this; I DON'T GO AROUND STARTING SHIT. It's that easy. If you don't want to be touched, don't be aggressive.

The Guardian used a Dremel to sand the Snowden USB-pen into fine dust. I assume they checked with lawyers how to do it legally good enough before they started (they also filmed doing it). EDIT: Professionals use expensive degaussers to completely neutralize mechanical harddrives (with strong electromagnetism) BEFORE the disks are put into specialized crushers. Civillians can buy these degaussers too, but they're expensive.

Professionals use expensive degaussers before the disks are crushed by specialized tools. When The Guardian deleted the Snowden memory stick, they sanded the entire USB pen down to fine powder..

Saddam Hussein tried smashing his harddrive with sledge hammers before the invasion. They pretty much recovered everything with ease..

But I've heard this in countless youtube videos where people interact with police. Like it has some legal meaning at all when you're a single citizen trying to coerce the police into interacting with you instead of the subject involved..

Why do so many use the "concerned citizen" 'title'? Does it mean anything at all legally speaking? Or could she just has well have said "I am a dog person"?

I don't believe it is fun to watch people run, but if I did, I would assume it would be better as a spectator if I saw the runners more than once during one marathon.. Considering how many runways close and open on a monthly (AIRAC cycle) basis, it can't be that hard to find one or two close by, no matter where in the world you live..

Rent a deserted runway, run back and forth on that for as long as you want.

As a Norwegian, I actually have a hard time believing this. It's 2017 and the US is supposed to be a civilized country by now?

Genuine question, is she allowed to grab him just because she's his teacher (if she is)? Are kids not allowed to defend themselves if grabbed?

I realized how magical assholes were after hearing Kevin Smith tell his anal fissure story (it has to not work for you to realize how special it is). Story starts here if you don't want to take your rectum for granted anymore: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaANOFJtOGg&t=14m20s

She got hit, she had to think about whether or not she should fake a knockout/faint, then she fell while not dropping her phone and even managed to bring her arms parallell to her body after having landed. I've seen worse (in soccer), but come on, who on earth believes that was a real faint/knockout?
