I needed this today, thank you for posting! Without the FDS Handbook, I would have drowned in another situationship... Just yesterday I had to cut ties with a man who liked me and treated me really well, but didn't want to "label" us. So much more than FWB but it was never going to turn into a relationship. :( Edit: forgot a space
