1	Height, my meditations We all get something in life. I've struggled for a long time being basically socially retarded but I'm 6'4 and good looking, definitely not jacked. My game consists of showing up basically. It's definitely a huge advantage but my lack of social skills hurts my career tremendously so there's that on the other side. 2	Adventures make you confident II spent a couple years becoming blue pill in my last relationship and once I got into my old hobby(downhill mountain biking) I lost 40 lbs and started feeling good about myself again. This last weekend I finally hit the biggest jumps around( a 65 footer) and it's probably been the biggest confidence boosting thing I've done in years. Few women actually like nerds/they would prefer firefighters or musicians. Like how many manly men are in STEM vs law enforcement, fire fighting or trades.
