Is that really that surprising to you? MLS is full of very average players. National team is the best players in the country playing against the best players in the world (USA vs Ronaldo or Messi is drawing a shit ton more eyes than USA women vs whoever the top female in the world is)
So, if I'm understanding correctly it's the USA's fault that Mexico is violent because our lack of corrupt officials incentivizes unwanted/ illegal behavior to occur outside our borders? Ay carumba sounds like the system is working to me and Mexico should work on that corruption problem.
