That entire first article is clearly an opinion piece. How can you not notice that? First of all, the data isn't there. They didn't give us a number for the control group, they didn't provide any evidence the actual study even being done, they didn't include the method by which they "whitened" their resumes, they didn't give any hard data period with regards to any specific organizations at all.
