According to the example given, one party is "tipsy," the other is intoxicated to the point of not being able to walk correctly, not being able to speak correctly, etc. I don't see anything wrong w/ the university's answer to this hypothetical situation based on the information given.

2) Over 3/4 of sexual assaults go unreported. 5) Over 3/4 of sexual assault victims are men.

1) I thought doxxing was against the rules here. 2) It's pretty weak to use someone's pinterest as proof the y were or were not raped.

It 100% is the case in the state I lived in the majority of my life. Not so sure about the state I now live in.

I'm not saying it's a coincidence whatsoever. Simply that because the baby is crying is NOT the reason circumcision is wrong.

In my former state, men could relinquish paternity at any point.

But...babies scream a lot, a lot of the time, for many reasons. (I do not endorse circumcision. I just think this link, and framing it the way you do, is disingenuous.)

Out of curiosity, do you and your wife live/work in the USA? Is the 8 months the entirety of your wife's maternity leave, or does that include things like accrued vacation time, sick time, holidays, etc? Why on earth does your employer include Sa/Su as leave days when you are a M-F employee? Something fishy is afoot. At any rate, congratulations.
