When I was going out 5-6 days a week my first 2 years in game...I was constantly improving, and the difference was noticeable. So, when (hot) women responded well (to approach, teasing, banter, etc), I got them out on dates, the dates went well, I physically escalated, wound up with a girlfriend or girlfriends (MLTR) etc, ...things were going in the right direction...for me. Odds are good you won't get them "back home" after meeting them randomly unless they have been drinking a lot. If you have built some connection first (like messaging them on tinder and you got them out), then maybe. On a related note, what are you doing to get out and socialize in a way that doesn't necessarily involve going out to meet girls you don't know yet? Any regular social things you do? This is an overlooked thing for a lot of "PUAs." People like to go out and do their approaches, but only doing this will build a lopsided foundation that's often a little too dependent on how well "game" is going for you at the moment.
