She was in the hospital after the crash from what I understand.

Alimony to me make sense in some cases. Like if the woman supported the man for him to finish higher education and then supported his career (or the other way round, man supporting woman). I think if they divorce due to growing apart. Maybe she is entitled to some of that money. This is to protect women (and men) from being in abusive relationships and not having means to leave. Having said that. I don't think the alimony should be indefinite (7 years tops) and it should definitely not be a port…

He was also engaged to another woman why he was in process of getting married to Koo. Not to mention he's a financier. Financiers and bankers are usually assholes.

He would be wearing no gloves. One combo of punches and you'd be disoriented. And this would happen even before you really realized the fight started.

He's also more of a gentleman then the two who attacked him: “I do think they need to be punished—but I don’t wish jail on anyone...They wanted me to go to jail, but it didn’t end up that way. I’m still not going to talk bad about them.”

I felt more agitated just watching this than he seemed in the actual situation. What a boss. He has had 3 weeks to stew on this. I am sure he's gotten shitfaced a few times in those weeks.

Thanks for providing more information. Interesting case. Another interesting detail the murderer had the body in his pick-up truck while he had lunch with his dad. Psychopaths both of them.

Does the killer get off scott free in exchange for ratting her out? Let me get his straight. These two guys must have been friends, since they went hunting together. Meanwhile the killer is also sleeping with the victims wife behind his back at the time of the murder. Kind of fucked up that this dude gets lucky like that. He deserves prison too.

Most companies I have worked for had a 3 month old email retention policy. It's quite common in the business world in fact. Meaning anything older than 3 months was was auto deleted. Bush W administration deleted 22 million emails. Started ilegall war on falsified evidence. But I know what to be outraged about. Hillary's bath and beyond coupons /s The right is being played like a fiddle by the Russian conspiracies.

Yeah he got 2 months for lying to the investigators. The brunt of that sentence is campaign finance violation, and you are forgetting he cooperated. That's a reduced sentence.

Lol. Tell that to Michael Cohen.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/12/18 04:10 AM

Cohen lied to Congress and cheated on his taxes. He dug his own hole. This is not why he got 3 years. He got 3 years for paying off porn stars using campaign funds on Trumps behalf. Go look up what John Edwards argument was... Edwards argument was to hide it from his family. But that's not what campaign finance law in particular is about. It's about a fair race, and about transparency and fairness in a race vis-a-vis other candidates. Edwards ended his campaign, and therefore no harm was done to…
/r/PussyPassDenied12/12/18 09:18 PM

Different circumstance, John Edwards didn't profit from it, he ended his campaign. He did not hurt other candidate chances which is why the rules are there in the first place. Also Cohen just got 3 years in prison for the Trump violation.

Nobody is taking about impeachment.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/12/18 02:23 PM

Exactly. Trump had to supply questions homework style, with the help of his lawyers. Because he would also definitely perjure himself, according to his own lawyer. Mueller doesn't even care about perjury.. shit is way more serious than that. And that's my point.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/12/18 05:31 AM

Trump and make him look bad. They don't need to do anything to make Trump look bad. The whole world is laughing at him. Hell even those who worked for him are laughing at him like Rex Tillerson just recently. I mean yet another person confirms that Trump doesn't read. Like the most basic of qualifications for that office Trump doesn't have. How do you expect him to be informed and make the right choices? lol They have a specific playbook that they follow. It is everytime. And some dumbasses fall…

Well, the FEC commissioner himself on the whole deal: FEC commissioner Michael Toner, said after the audit was released that the infractions were relatively minor, given the scope of the campaign. Apples and oranges. By the way Michael Toner was a republican who worked on a Bush W campaign.

Hillary's Benghazi investigation lasted 4 years. And in the end found nothing. Mueller's investigation in under 2 years has indicted 33+ people and counting. 16.. I repeat 16 people in the Trump campaign had contact at one point or other with the Russians during the campaign. And they all lied about it. Also according to the latest documents released by Mueller, there is evidence collected in 2017 and 2018. In other words the crime is still ongoing.

The law does not depend on the outcome, it is to do with intent Exactly. Edwards ended his campaign. That's precisely the point. His intent was to prevent his family from knowing. Not to protect his bid for presidency. The intent is totally different.

Obama's violations are actually pretty common. They were just late disclosures which commonly happen at the end of a campaign. Most campaigns pay those fees. Nothing malicious or under the table about those.

Sure Mueller is the con man, not your cult leader. Who's literally conned thousands of people, Trump University, Trump steams, conned investors in Trump casinos, he even tried to con his own father and take early inheritance, building contractors.. do some research. She's obviously in the wrong here. But I think the driver was also unnecessarily rude as well right from the get go. Sorry but this to me just looks like a guy looking to troll rape victims. A giant sign like "a rape culture is a myth" is obviously designed to provoke. What does "a rape culture is a myth" even mean?
