I do observe that men and women have gender-specific tendencies, but the variability amongst people in general is vast with much overlap. I do not discount some observer-based bias. He's no less sophisticated, just that he wants to be cooperative and takes advice easily. I explain that I've seen a lot of this before and there's a simple way through it. Without a word, he just takes the advice and makes it work. Other times he sees a problem and then works out the best way to solve it. 3	I Hate America I have thoughts on this for sure, but what strikes me most about this conversation is how strangely narrow it is and the degree to which no one can put their finger on the real issues. I'm not saying that I understand the issues, but it seems that people can point to symptoms, but not the underlying structures creating them. I keep thinking of a buddy in college who had this deadpan sense of humour and would say the dumbest things to wind people up.
