I do have friends I get back in touch after a long time and still feels normal. These are mostly people who are very far off. So I'm guessing unless its that,I shouldnt bother unless I actually run into them by co incidence.

Tip for the people who are trying hard to stop eating junk food.It worked for me I don't know how much it would help others. I happened to come across a video where a surgery was being performed to remove gynecomastia, and it was disgusting.they even show you the fat removed later. It was absoulety disgusting. And everytime I come close to junk food,I can only imagine it going and becoming that disgusting stuff inside of me. It has helped me keep away from crap for a lot.

I'm pretty okay with the supervisor,he knows about the past story and would take my side any day. But I have learnt to not trust anyone in the professional world. I have saved up enough money to survive a few months after swallowing the pill so I am ready for whatever comes my way now.

From experience,I know it works best to do this. It may sound harsh to some people that you don't sympathize with them,but In the long run I hope they realize we just stopped them from becoming a bigger pussybyhan they were.
