The downvotes are likely based on the low effort comment which completely lacks an opinion of her own. Certainly subjective and superfluous but my concern is that they are freely expressed by a judge. Those statements would be enough for a defendant to claim judicial bias in a criminal case.

What struck me was not the decision which was based on the findings but rather certain passages such as "But underneath that, I see someone who is troubled, not happy. He has not achieved his goals in life – apart of course from having you. ". A lot of assumptions for someone sitting on the bench.
