-5	Lifting is not enough. Most people use whey and creatine. The next step up is IV injectable testosterone. It's safe enough - you're just elevating the testosterone that your body naturally produces. Most pro athletes are on the stuff, and you can get it from your doctor if you can find one that's willing to prescribe it.
