Sure but I was saying that we don't pull out healthy teeth (not wisdom teeth) just because the patient could have poor hygiene and they therefore could cause an infection in the future. We don't do this because we teach people to brush their teeth. Wisdom teeth can cause an issue for other reasons that can't be prevented by brushing your teeth so pulling them makes sense.

The analogy doesn't make sense when talking about wisdom teeth since there is no alternative like brushing your teeth in this case. It's like when people suffer from phimosis. In this case a circumcision is the only solution and is thus justified. My point is that hygiene is a better and less intrusive than circumcision.

Yes, because they are about to roth or are growing in the wrong direction. We don't pull a healthy tooth just because the patient might not clean it enough and therefore would cause problems in the future.

??? I'm talking about pulling your foreskin back once or twice a week and cleaning it. That's really not that hard. Maybe we should pull out everyone's teeth since they might not brush them enough and get an infection... As longs as you take care of your hygiene then penile cancer and cervical cancer for partners are not an issue. Circumcision can also cause irritation/inflammation of the glans because the glans is very fragile and the foreskin protects it. Sex is also a lot less enjoyable and might even be painful when your circumcised.
