0	Why doesn't the person receiving money on a child's behalf(child support) have to document how the money is spent? What I do with that money is none of your business. For example: tomorrow I will recieve $400 in child support that is voluntarily paid by the child's father. Day care costs $480 a month. The child also lives in half of a $1400 a month condo and eats food in that condo 70% of the time. I cook healthful food for the child, I clean the child and his surroundings.
