If you wanted something comparable to FGM in a man you would have to cut the head of your dick off. Seriously. You guys sound like fucking morons when you try to equate circumcision with FGM. You sound like fucking feminists railing about 70 cents on the dollar. Two thirds of all men are unable to enjoy sex because of circumcision? Because that is what FGM does. Most men in the United States fuck just as much as everyone else, most of them are circumcised, most of them don't need to make up some…

You should. It is absolutely ridiculous to think circumcision is anything like cutting a woman's clitoris off and sewing up her vagina so it is impossible for sex to ever be pleasurable again. I'm 40 years old and live somewhere most men are circumcised for longer than I've been alive. We've all been fucking just fine, and the CDC has been approving of it (circumcision, they don't care for a lot of the fucking depending on who it is). Jesus Christ this circumcision hysteria is stupid and no diff…

I went to prison in 2000 when I was 21 for 2nd degree unintentional murder pretty much. They call it something different. I've always believed I acted in self defense. I serve 101 months. I was released in 2009, finished parole with no infractions in 2013. I'm completing an associate's in April in Electromechanical Technology.

That's crazy. My step dad was a co facilitator in a men's abuse program. He said they were teaching men they were victimizers just for existing. This was in the 90s. Honestly, one of the first programs I got into taught me some good shit. RET Rational Emotive Therapy. Situations bring about thoughts and beliefs, and those thoughts beliefs shape your feelings. If your thoughts and beliefs are irrational, you are gonna have irrational feelings.

Well, send me a private message asking for exactly what your looking for and a word length, as well as an email address to send it and what kind of format. The thing that really messed me up in prison before I was supposed to start treatment was that cucumber pickle thing. That told me this whole thing was about telling us there was something wrong with us and we could never go back to being normal again. I looked at my experience trying to prepare to come out as redefining my strengths. I think…

I don't know what that is or what it means. My case manager assured me I would reoffend, it means commit another crime and go back to prison. If you mean you want a summary of my experience pertaining to something specific I can do that much better than what I wrote.

I've been around. I went to prison. I've done a few of the programs they put guys through. The last time, when I was in prison, they had stuff in Minnesota, their attitude put on the wall in graphic form was, "If you are a pickle, you can never become a cucumber again." And I refused that program. I told them I am being successful because I am realizing how strong I am. I did another 30 days in prison because I refused to participate in that program. I didn't feel safe being with other inmates w…

I'm not sure if and where I mentioned it in this subreddit but what happens when you grow old? Are you going to be happy in your knowledge that no slut ever took advantage of you? Will you start a family with some whore who you will be disrespecting and laughing at in your old age and telling your daughter if you have one what an inherent slut she is? Or will you just grow old alone? It's lonely that much time alone. I know. As you grow older most people will be getting families and moving on in…

There are attitudes and ideas TRP has that are very valuable for a man. What I've learned is be strong and confident. How do you do that? By making yourself a person you feel is strong. Then you can look at women and not feel like you are blessed to be in her presence, but a man on her equal level. Not some mewling pig begging for sex. The problem I have is with the attitude TRP has with treating women as if they are sex hungry pigs who are only wanting money and genes with the whole AWALT and A…

It doesn't matter how you guys handle the quarantine. In many ways you guys see women the exact same way woman's right's activists do. It's just you guys revealing the same information to men is sexist. While when women act like the normal way they do, it is empowering in other venues.

Ok, what I understand is a basic truism: We need to stop raising our girls like their sexuality is a marketable item. EDIT: AND it's not how we raise our children really. It's how society views them, but we need to tell our girls it's bullshit. And tell our boys it's bullshit.

Well they aren't adults. So demanding jail is maybe harsh. Meanwhile, not throwing men in jail who fall for their lies is more something that is more towards justice. Those girls need to understand they are more than just pussy though. Many of the things we go through as men are directly related to how women have also been brought up to think they are disposable.

Omg that was the worst! My initial problem was the lock. I was like , ok unisex whatever, I can take a piss or shit with women in the room. I don't care. He said I shouldn't be in there if a women is in there. Like I'm a predator. That's when I brought up how women were then essentially taking over the bathroom. And then he made the commetn about how men should take it over then.

UW-La Crosse. It was a while back the actual building I think has been torn down now, I think it was Graf Main Hall. This was about 2009 or 2010.

When I complained to the administrator I told him the "unisex" bathroom (previously a men's bathroom) was essentially taken over by women because they only went in one at a time (the school put a slide lock on the door), and they would form a line. A bathroom with multiple stalls and urinals was essentially turned into a single occupancy bathroom. His response was so flippant and had such blatant disregard for equal access I couldn't believe the guy was a professional. He just said something lik…

In a Wisconsin campus there was a female bathroom and a unisex bathroom with a line of females outside it using it one at a time on one floor. Administration acted like I was sexist when I asked how it was equal access that males were being forced to go out of their way between classes to use the bathroom.

The fact that you stand by your idea that HIV and AIDS are two different things should tell people you are an absolute idiot, or you are a troll. What the fuck is wrong is wrong with u/TheInnocentPotato? This guy seems to be the caricature of everything anyone says is wrong with men's rights. By my own personal experience he is an abject liar. I challenge all mods to see his claims in this thread.

Why do you lie? AIDS stands for acquired immune deficiency syndrome; it’s also called advanced HIV infection or late-stage HIV. That is what you find on the first page you search for HIV and AIDS Jesus Christ. The main thing we should all realize is anyone who has questions about AIDS or HIV should consult a doctor or a real medical professional. I can't believe people believe this shit.

Rolf, circumcision is not mandated in the US. I have told you this repeatedly. I have repeatedly provided you a link where the World Health Organization has thought that HIV is transmitted at a far less rate with circumcised men than uncircumcised men. Keep pushing this stupid idea to equate circumcision with FGM, its dumb and it hurts men's rights activism.

The WHO is an international organization. The recommendations they make are for Africa and the US and for you. Oh shit, you guys are going to do that to me (you can't post for x minutes, it's at 3 minutes after typing all this shit). All because of your ridiculous attitude towards circumcision. Again circumcision is not like FGM!!! And the international organization the World Heath Organization, supports it, it is proven to stop AIDS!!!!! http://www.who.int/hiv/topics/malecircumcision/en/\\ …

http://www.who.int/hiv/topics/malecircumcision/en/ Totally made up problem that has nothing to do with circumcision. EDIT: I would be concerned with what your government is telling you. Our government at least tells us what specific populations are responsible for the recent uptick in syphilis and HIV.

Why not? I would like to see a truly comprehensive study that controlled for the smaller population. That's really impossible though. I mean I can point out the rate of infection in Africa and you will laugh and say well that's Africa.

Ha ha, yeah I've noticed. As a "victim" of circumcision I will say it again, it makes us look silly and stupid to people who want to talk about the more extreme versions of FGM you mentioned which are more prevalent I think because the point is to make sex undesirable for females.
/r/MensRights10/11/18 10:14 AM

That's totally what I'm saying I mean I in some way understand what you are saying but, it's not like you're arm. It's a flap of skin over your dick that can harbor multiple diseases and millions of people live their lives just fine without it.
/r/MensRights10/11/18 10:11 AM

We do that in the US. For a reason. Are you trying to equate being routine infant circumcision as being anti vaccine/anti science? Where do infectious diseases live? EDIT: This is not mandated.

My understanding of Female Genital Mutiliation is to make sex completely undesirable for the female. Now, I suspect some zealots in the Men's Rights movement want to hijack this to equate something with men to be equal in barbarity. This is ridiculous. Men don't care that they've been circumcised. FGM is far worse then circumcision. I have a lot of problems with how my society treats men as opposed to how they treat women. It's fucking bullshit I can be convicted of a crime for raising my voice …

I see you don't know anyone in the medical field. Yeah, washing isn't hard... for most people. I understand what you are saying. However, it is always the minority who perpetuate undesirable things in society. There are multiple things here in the US where there is a huge uptick in prevalence for disease, but its because of the behavior of maybe 2% of the population. Regardless, in the US we try not to mandate behavior. Again, as a representative of the vast amount of people who are circumcised …

It is literally nothing like FGM. It's stupid and it demeans the men's rights movement. You don't want to circumcise your child, don't. Don't equate it with FGM though. There are literally hundreds of thousand of women who can't enjoy sex because of FGM. 90-95% of men in the US are circumcised and they laugh at this shit. This is bad for the men's rights movement. Stop pushing it, is bad for what men's rights is really about.

I'm a "victim" of circumcision. I think 90-95% of Americans are "victims" of circumcision. It's like a handful of people telling us about how horrible it is. None of us are saying it was horrible. Meanwhile, I have multiple family members who are medical professionals saying it is more beneficial. It is suspected that foreskin can harbor many infectious diseases. It would make sense, it's warm and dark and under flaps of skin. Seriously, I don't think this is any different than piercing your ear…

I still fuck. Are you circumcised? Do you still fuck? Hey, I have a secret to tell you, like 90% of guys in the US are circumcised. They still fuck like crazy. I'm sorry, it's not the fucking same.

Female circumcision is literally cutting off their clit to make sexual gratification in most cases impossible. Other parts of the world do indeed have increased "medical problems" where it is not popularly practiced. I have been circumcised. It didn't traumatize me. I have never heard of anyone claiming it was traumatizing until just recently. It's the one main thing about men's rights movement I think is silly and just trying to equate with female circumcision. Meanwhile, I have multiple member…

There seems to be this attitude these day that just because people feel some way, other people are responsible for it. I was taught at a young age that my feelings are based on my thoughts and beliefs. There is nothing I can do to change the irrational thoughts and beliefs of another person.
