You can't do full contact sparring and deliver an elbow to the nose or go full out with kicks or knees to someone's ribs or groin. It's not practical and if you're on the receiving end of it, you'll get hurt. Bad. And if you're hurt bad, you can't train & learn. And if you can't train and learn, then Krav is of no use to you.
