2	Ideas for physical exercises Hey man, I've been practicing calisthenics at home. I downloaded an app called Heria Pro which has lots of (mostly paid) exercise routines. If you don't want to follow any of those routines a good thing about the app is that you can watch videos of experienced people doing exercises in a perfect form. 1	MGTOW Films like The Outsiders. The movie's main focus is the violence that goes on Rio's favelas. The most MGTOW element IMO is Mathias' (one of the cops being trained) development. It's about him joining an elite police force that does not fit his more naive police officer vision and how he got there. The movie is MGTOW focused but has some good elements of it. 3	Anime's in which the characters are MGTOW. I'd say if you lack time or patience you can always go to the manga. One Piece only gets better in terms of story telling. It has all those shounen elements attached to it but there is a reason for it to be reaching Batman and Superman's sales numbers (even though those comics are far older). 2	In doubt and seeking help Hey man, judging from your nickname we must be from the same country. By what you said I can almost see myself when I was your age (27 now). First the rejection thing. As the other guys said here you are a male on his early 20s. Generally trying to pursue a girl your age doesn't go as you expect because women are on their prime on their early 20s and males usually get to that same attractable stage by their early 30s.
