One thing I want to share for guys trying to lose weight. I've been reading a lot about nutrition lately and I've pretty much had my eyes opened to the truth about weight loss, very similar to how I felt when I found out about pickup. I read Good Calories Bad Calories by Gary Taubes and then found out about /r/keto. It's ridiculous how wrong the standard views on the subject are, and I suggest anyone trying to lose weight or be healthier to check it out.

Read Rules of the Game. Do the challenges how they are meant to be done. They may not be the best way to go about (the absolute right way is always debatable), but they will definitely give you the right frame of mind as to how you should approach women. It's an easy way to start. There's some great exercises on evaluating yourself and how you need to improve your inner game.

Lol. She said she's thinking about moving back to California soon, so I really just want to fuck her before she leaves and then I'll be perfectly happy just being her friend again and using the game to pick up scores of other women. I think if I can get with this one girl, it will be a huge confidence boost. I know I don't have to get with her to get good at the game but I think it will give me a headstart.
