I feel your pain man. Injured my shoulder during bench press too probably 9-10 months ago. At times it was very depressing as I would constantly get confronted with the pain. Not to mention I couldn’t do any push days anymore. At first I tried taking rest, which didn’t do anything for me. After a bit I missed the gym and kept on training. That only made it worse. At some point I decided to stop, since training with pain wasn’t very wise. Now I do some physical therapy exercises, which do help. I…

Do you live in solitude? Ever get lonely? Who do you spend time with? Friends, family, women? Do you need them to some extend? As you might notice, I’m a little curious.

I’m going to delete my first comment cause I don’t want to be bothered with all these responses anymore. It’s great not wanting to do these stupid things, but for many people it’s not a choice. So someone might be too afraid of what people would say if they tossed something on the ground even though they could pick it up right after and everything would be fine. Being more comfortable is useful in realistic situations like being able to express yourself without any shame or being able to standup…

Help him out by telling what he could do.

Be rude. Yell in public. Cut the line. Clap your hands in public. Litter in front of people. Sing. Ask people for small favours. Ask them to tie your shoes. Ask for money. You get the idea.

Have a vision. Asses where you are and where you want to be. Make a plan and start taking action. Focus only at what’s in front of you. If your goal is to get ripped, but you’re not there yet, figure out how to get there. Then start working out. On a daily basis your focus should be on working out and eating before worrying about how you messed up in the past. Ideally you don’t think about the past at all, but it happens from time to time. Whenever you find yourself worrying about it, ask yourse…

If you don’t have anything better to do, then go for it. It will be a new experience.

I meant ignoring in general, like distancing.

Yeah you’re right. I didn’t think much of it at first, but now I do feel insulted. I’ll ignore him for a bit, focus on other stuff.

I understand what your saying. In worse cases I have no issue setting boundaries, but situations like this where it’s seemingly playful I find more difficult. I’ve already given it too much thought, but not being treated with respect makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong. I’ll consider confronting him.

I’m pretty much in the same boat. Great ambition, yet not doing anything at all. Not getting anywhere, feeling hopeless, yet not giving up, cause I know it’s possible to get where I want to get. I used to dislike myself thinking I’m a piece of shit, things like that. But I found that not to be very helpful. At some point I started to be more on my own side. If I’d mess up, I’d be more supportive of myself. I always imagine it like there being two of me. One on the ground and the other standing, …

Talk slightly slower and take very short breaks in between sentences. It has to be very subtle to not be weird.

Have a stronger frame. Get success with women, cause success builds confidence. Stop staring in the mirror, pull a 2 and go on from there.

Are talking out of experience? Did every person you approach feel bothered and want you to fuck off? It's kinda hard to imagine, since most people are nice

Julien said in one of his latest videos that if you haven't figured it out already, you're not going to on your own. There's nothing wrong with seeking advice.

I'm facing this issue myself and am quite inexperienced. I try to get rid of any thought or question of "am I good enough". This video might help 16:10-17:30 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aUXvnwGEGZ4

Maybe you subconsciously feel undeserving when you get a positive response from a girl

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
