Women are expected to be responsible for children, often not even theirs.

I don't know what your opinion is based on, but I really recommend reading the research. It does say, indeed, that women pay less taxes if that's any incentive 😅 Men need to earn money because having money is one of the main things that attracts women. I don't know what women you know, but I'm sorry you've encountered them. Seriously, I know this type exists. Maybe I'm an exception because I won't have kids, but when we need money to e.g. buy a new car I spend all evenings and weekends doing fre…

But that gap is probably there because the majority of women get pregnant at some point and not many men/husbands are willing to take paternity leave. If they have 2-3 kids that's even more time out of the workforce. Tbh I find it strange because women are generally more educated than men + I often see here they are treated with more privilege (salary, better positions), so it would make more sense if they were paid at least equally 🤔 Edit: I found really interesting paper about taxation in EU a…

Why do you reckon men pay more taxes? Question out of interest, don't eat me alive!

I'm advocating for men's rights, including mental wellbeing and law cases, but I think some participants of this sub have become equally extreme and radical as this terrible type of feminists. This sub has a great potential to actually do something about certain issues (I have an idea how to try doing it), but some participants reduced it to expressing hate towards women in general and are misogynistic for real. I feel like instead of discussing issues you're experiencing/experienced because of …

About 'It is extremely difficult to NOT get physical pleasure while being raped.' Well, I can tell that it's really painful if a guy rapes you 'suddenly' because you're not lubricated, in other case it tends to be painful and even dangerous if he does it violently. Kinda difficult to feel physical pleasure.

Thanks for the explanation! If I can have a follow up question - would this work after ejaculation, and if yes, how long it would be? Honestly, death erection will be my topic for the Christmas family gathering 😅

I'm not sure about the correlation, but I think it's obvious that having kids is more expensive than child support, especially if they have special needs or disease. So if any women get pregnant for child support...I don't get the logic. I guess because it's illogical.

I heard 200k soldiers already died (counted from both sides) and it's beyond my imagination that it happened because of one man. I think he should be claimed a war criminal for genocide. And despite this issue touches predominantly men because they are forced to fight, a part of Ukrainians in combat on the front lines are women. I get that the majority of them are army professionals, but there's also plenty of those who volunteered. Perhaps some solution (sadly not to stop killing) would be repl…

That's terrible - I suffer from PTSD myself and I can imagine how damaged these men are after what they have seen, and how no one can really relate and understand their experience. What I don't get is that the men did that to other men (I mean decision-makers/politicians) decades ago. I still remember when some military widow approched Trump, and he said: 'He knew what he signed up for'. What a disgusting thing to say.

How did they manage to rape him by: quote 'took turns on me'? I get it could've been done by one of them, but how did he sustain the erection? Even if they fed him with viagra, he would have to be sexually aroused to keep it 'ready'. I wonder how often this happens and for what reason - women can get sex anytime if they want it, so is that for humiliation or revenge?

What exactly doesn't happen? That the majority of top achieving in certain disciplines are of the same gender?

It may surprise you, but I'm not - I'm not sure what makes you think that? Is what I said so impossible?

I was replying to the comment made by another redditor, I wasn't saying lowering ranks is good. I actually think it does more harm than good, and 'the problem' should be tackled more organically in secondary education, so no one is advantageous over others.

I know because I was taking part in it. And again, all assignments are assessed blindly, so how they could get it unfairly?

I worked at a university in the UK, and amongst about 300 students of courses such as Software Engineering, Cybersecurity or Computer Science, the majority of high achieving students (top 40) were females. And of course there were way more men studying these subjects. What are you going to say now? They were getting better grades because of their gender/looks/out of pity? All assignments were obviously anonymous. Honestly - I get it - you might be upset about double standards in some places, but…

If I may chip in - mothers who leave their families like fathers, also have to pay child support to dad left with kids.

Yeah, I know there are women who literally send their boyfriends links to the engagement rings they want. My sister's workmate did that with her bf, I think the ring was about £1500 (it's a ridiculous amount of money where I come from - like five-six minimum wage salaries). My husband 'accidentally' proposed with an old ring his mum gave him after grandma - too big in size, not particularily beautiful and in a spotted ring 'pillow box'. He wanted to show it to me while I was just chilling on a c…

How about add vasectomy and simply don't have children? More and more women ties their tubes these days, because they don't want to be burdened with kids for the rest of the life.

Where are you getting those 'news' from? Video doesn't show any stabbing, I also can't seem to find any source about this?

Well, I can agree on that - most of issues are connected to pregnancy. I feel like we have other things on mind, but I'll leave it that way.

I'm honestly surprised by so many things I see on this sub - to be honest, I've never seen or heard any of the things which you describe here (which of course doesn't mean they don't exist but...). I'm not going to try convincing you to anything - but as a woman actively supporting both womens' and mens' rights, I wonder in which way you are actually being affected by my gender in real life? Also, do you have female partners at all? Those questions are not meant to be 'mean' in any way - I want …

Of course they can, everyone does - I love the poster. I think if we, as people aware of this/open to change in general mindset will keep introducing this in everyday life, we can make a real difference. I'm a woman (29), and I've learnt those insides through my husband's experiences. This inspired me to make others not only aware of men's feelings, but also obstacles they have to overcome to be real. There's plenty of hatred and toxicity on both sides because of some instances of certain behavi…

That's interesting, thanks for sharing! I think the reason behind judging discrimination of women more harshly, and seeing disadvantadging men in favour of women morally good, comes from the opinion that women are generally more disadvantadged throughout life than men and people are more sympathetic of them. I realise no one here will agree with this, and we can start fighting back and forth 'who has it worse', but one is indisputable. Women will always have it worse because of their biological …

If I may add two cents here - I haven't seen that scene yet, but if it's showing what really can hapoen during childbirth, I believe it's good it was shown. I also think childbirth should be shown as it is in regular, modern shows, including certain issues, common complications, post-birth side effects etc. I quite don't get why this is such a taboo and is usually shown either as 'in ideal world' or we can see only women screaming, pushing and magically holding the baby a few minutes later. Even…

Using this logic you can argue that even asking your wife, or girlfriend to have a baby for you isn't moral either consider pregnancy and birth etc can cause death and disability to them Sure, if the woman in question doesn't want children, then asking her to 'give' one is also immoral, especially if there's an element of coercion - *if you don't get pregnant with me I wil XYZ'. I'm not going to have children so luckily this doesn't concern me on a personal level.

Using another person's body in a way which can result in death or disability is not the most moral thing to do, even if she agrees to that. I get your point, but even with money there's plenty of red tape around it. Also, personally I'm against this, because in my opinion no one should be using another person's body for this kind of reason. It's ridiculous. It's not allowed to buy person's kidney or part of a liver, but somehow it's allowed to endanger people like this. Surrogacy enables doing t…

I agree with 99% of what you said - that 1% is - perhaps she does want marriage and children. In that case, she needs to make a sacrifice while as a man she could have both.

Woman here, not a fem, not anti-fem, just a warning of a female presence. I saw it and I find this absolutely appaling. It's like men switching birth control to candies or doing other shit to sabotage pregnancy. No, no, no. You don't just 'make babies using your partners body' - you're knowingly changing the lives of both of you, without the other part having their say. It annoys me - not only the fact women do this, but how they laugh about it. I can't imagine being such a b**ch to my husband, …

The effect is more women have more resources and want a man with even more resources. The wage/salary pressure from women entering the workforce lowered growth and now less men are economically viable. Now women not only disqualify men based on the level of resources, but because they have their own resources then began disqualifying men based on genetics. I can't speak for all women, but... you literally say that I went into higher education and workforce to seek a man with even higher income. …
