You mentioned before that diversity is your specialty. Do you know if there are any special scholarships for men in art or social sciences, similar for what we have for women in engineering? Is there any "positive discremination" for men in felame-dominated fields such as nursing, elementary school teaching, etc.?

Due respect, I believe you are good at your job but you are not very good at math. Smaller than / greater than operators are relative. You have a limited number of openings. You have more candidates than openings. You have to compare candidates. It doesn't matter if you take away 5 points from the guy or give five points to the lady. How is this not obvious?
