“Then Moses stretched out his hand over the Red sea, and the Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.” Part the red seas, do the lord’s work

I’m trying to figure that out myself right now. I’m trying to grow more into my college friend group and my jiu jitsu gym to replace all the friends I’ve lost. I won’t lie, I’ve been lonely but I replaced my time that I spent with those friends with jiu jitsu.

Success breeds jealousy of those around you that are not successful. I recently graduated engineering school and have my dream job working on car electronics. I did this while in my last two years of school swallowing the pill and getting in shape. I don’t at all have the same friends. The friends that I had back then all stopped talking to me or I cut off. My “best friend” stopped wanting to be around me because he wanted to bone a chick in a friend group. Instead of talking to me about it he g…

The gi will help with your grip strength and by extension your forearm strength especially with farmer walks. I personally think Nogi is better though because it’s faster. Continue progressive overload with your program as long as your hitting all the muscle groups and you’ll grow. Slowly add more weight. Do barbell compound lifts if you aren’t. Compound lifts are a cheat code, so many different muscles but one exercise? That just makes life easy. I’m 183lbs and 6’2 I’m not the leanest yet but I…

Started doing yoga around the time I started doing BJJ. Increased my flexibility which has increased my bjj skills. My instructor, a brown belt, would say "Bjj ruins your body, and yoga repairs it".

I've lost 35 pounds since September with intermittent fasting, weight lifting, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. I can't stress the importance of BJJ though completely transforms you when you get into it. Makes you want to eat better to roll better. Plus no one likes cardio but BJJ is excellent cardio you might like

Even after lifting and being decently strong I'm still not being noticed because I'm not attractive or something

I'm doing school and an internship in addition to BJJ and lifting. She's blocked I just have a bad habit of creeping. No I have only had one girl interested in me this entire time and I turned her down because I wasn't attracted.

I have yet to test it but it's helping to build confidence which is part of that I believe

I joined a BJJ gym to help with this myself as i grew up abused by one of my parents and have problems with being afraid of conflict. So far I think it's helping that I can now defend myself if conflict were to happen

I second bjj. You'll make a lot of great friends. This is what I did to curb my post break up depression

I was and still am in a similar situation to you. I was super depressed and lonely after breaking up with my ltr for being cheated on because I had become complacent in our relationship. She went out and started riding the cc while I've been alone in my apartment working on myself. The one thing that truly helped me was going to the gym everyday and getting in shape. I still have a ways to go but have lost 30 lbs since then. I also started Brazilian jiu jitsu and had a whole bunch of new friends…

Grappling mats, are you doing BJJ? This is a great example and gives me hope. I started BJJ 2 months ago and feel hopeless.

Recommend meeting red pill friends somewhere like a BJJ gym. Game can happen at anytime during your day doing whatever you are normally doing just approach and say hi

Join a club or a BJJ gym. The guys at my BJJ gym are really cool and I'm going to try to start hanging out with them. I just joined.

I think that's probably right. Next time I won't get defensive like I did and I'll try to make a joke about it

Yeah I would say he does do that occasionally, in our department I wouldn't say that any of the work is too difficult or anything. Despite being an engineering position most of the work is straight forward. He does introduce me to people and he even invited me to his home once to meet his wife and hang out

I mean he called himself my mentor once out of nowhere. Which we do work a lot together. He has me do a lot of his bitch work, which I accept because I'm the intern and there is really not much to do in the department besides what he gives me. He could of been checking me to see if I'd stick up for myself either way I probably got more respect from him by standing up for myself.

It was written by a ghost writer actually but the writer does a good job of capturing the stories David shared with him. You get to hear about how he grew up and about him going through Navy seals training. So far it's really good and does a good job of capturing David's personality.

Jiu jitsu- I just picked this one up to do as cardio, to improve flexibility, increase confidence and to learn self defense. Electronics- I will design and build electronics as a pass time because I'm going into electrical engineering. So this next week I'm going to design and build my own amplifier on a breadboard then hook it up to some speakers and add in Bluetooth. (I want this to double as a conversation piece when I have people over and I'm playing music) Reading- I do this when I can with…

It's already over. My ex did this to me and cheated on me. If she's alright wanting other dick then she's already gone. Really what she is doing is testing the waters and looking for someone new while still staying comfortable with you in the meantime.

Join an mma gym. I'm in a similar situation and I just started. There is plenty of alphas. Any size and age are welcomed usually. Shop around and find a gym that you like the people in a lot.

Yeah man I'm an engineering student so my writing might be sloppy because its been like 3 years since i took a english class. I also threw that post together pretty quick.

That's what I've been doing actually. If you read my post history I was making sure I was good to do 8/16 with my doctor. When I lost the 20lbs from just lifting and eating a shit ton of salad he said he thinks IF would be good for me.

This is something I've slowly been working on also. Because I've been working on losing weight I'm not trying to invest too much into this just yet. I've been wearing nicer shoes when they go with my outfit, for example I'll wear Clark's and a nice sweater that makes me look skinny. I also always wear a nice watch, either a mechanical fossil or my gear s3. I could use a recommendation on new types of jeans to try. I usually wear Levi but I probably need a better fit.

If there's a beach just go there and sit and talk. Make lots of eye contact, and mind your posture. To pass shit tests just remember to either ignore or agree amplify.
