I stopped turning down invites. Even if it's something I'm not that interested in. Only exception is if I have other plans already. If I do I'll follow up to make different plans with that person later

I lift 4 times a week while doing bjj 4 times also. All while working 30 hours a week and being full time as an engineering student. You make the time. Also don't do full body and just do a PPL program. I consider bjj more cardio than anything else and don't consider it building any strength.

Muay Thai or boxing. Also practice bjj. It's important to know striking for self defense but grappling is a more important skill imo.

I've been reading a lot about taking boron so I'm going to start that. I saw a YouTube video from Thomas delaur that he says it increases your free T by 20% or so. I also take ashwaganda bc it helps me sleep and it increases T. Exercise and a healthy diet are the best way though. I didn't start doing these until I got exercise and diet down and tested my t and found it was on the lower range of normal. I haven't tested it again since.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
