7	Advice for the younger men entering the workforce. This is going to be environmentally dependent based on how "work" is distributed in your organization. You can politely acknowledge what they are saying, but let them know you're working on "work" for your primary boss and you'll see if you can fit in what their asking for after you've cleared it with primary boss.
