If you get a kid with this girl you're stuck. Be careful.

Spending time investing in myself is by far the best choice I've made over the years. Improving my career, saving money, fitness, mental health, hobbies has all contributed to that. I'm in a ltr now, but if it ends I know damn well it wouldn't break me. I value myself so much more than anyone else. Took years to learn this, but I'm confident every day because of it.

You should read Erving Goffman's The Presentation of Self in Everyday Life, if you haven't already.

This is only awkward for you because you make it awkward. It doesn't matter AT ALL. Reflecting on past mistakes that took place well over a year ago is completely useless and it clearly shows you haven't gotten rid of the beta inside you. Yes, 'netflix and chill' should have gone way further than cuddling, but you live and learn. "If you focus on the hurt, you will continue to suffer. If you focus on the lesson, you will continue to grow."

when I hit it off with a girl This would optimally be plural. When you hit it off with several girls you automatically develop an abundance mentality, unless you have severe oneitis. You also become emotionally invested because you believe they have more value than you, which very well may be true. Building yourself to be a better person and not limiting yourself to one woman is the best way to not becoming emotionally invested.

Because it deserves no replies. To get motivated for a gym session or a night out there should be internal factors that plays a part and gives you the energy or "state" to achieve this drive. External elements such as music does not have the longevity to keep you in such state.

OP has given zero premise of him either wanting, searching or enjoying to play music or let alone be in a band, yet you go online and tell a 15 year old to stop being an idiot and join two bands because he want to improve his game. Good job, idiot.

I also assume she doesn't just want to fuck She just got out of a relationship, that's exactly what she wants to do. She even asked you to hang out, you also hooked up with her in the car. If she just wanted company, she probably has female friends to do that with, like go to the mall and to the movies.

http://therationalmale.com/the-best-of-rational-male-year-one/ This helped me a lot. The Way of Men didn't really do much for me. I read it pretty early on when I first discovered TRP, guess I have to re-read it at some point. Began reading "how to win friends and influence people" a few days ago, a few chapters in, it's good.

The Rational Male No More Mr. Nice Guy Models In that order. I haven't read all of Models yet, I have it on pdf, it's on this subreddit somewhere, same with No More Mr Nice Guy. The Rational Male is free on his blog, but I bought the book, totally worth it.

I began with The Way of Men, half way through, any particular order I should read these? from beginner to advanced?

Wrong sub. Use a throwaway account or whatever and post a picture to /r/malefashionadvice with the title "help im a fat guy" if you really want to do something with it now. What the fuck do you want from a seduction and pick-up related subreddit? What I would have done is to go in cocoon mode, save up the money, dress like whatever, spend half a year to a year or so to come down to a comfortable weight. Then invest in a good wardrobe. You're 32 and overweight, I would have cut down and began jui…

You don't have to do chest dips, flat bench, incline and flys are enough to target your chest. Replace wide pullups with another vertical movement, pulldowns are fine. Wide or close grip, whatever you prefer. I took a quick look at that program, 9 isolation sets on bicep as a natty that consumes 1300kcals is just stupid. This workout program is trash.

Yeah that's a good idea, I come from a wealthy family and didn't get a job until I was 19. Had a hard time getting a job, but eventually I did. having references and experience helps you a lot.

Everyone recommend certain programs that's the best e.g. starting strength, but the most important thing is that you find a program you like and you can stick to. Personally I tried out starting strength, I hated it. Didn't look forward to gym sessions and as a result I wasn't excited and my numbers didn't increase as much. Tried out PHAT and been doing in for about two years now, I love it. Here's a good video of explaning what you should do depending on your goals. For gaining weight, visit ot…

Lift, you're in your prime time to put on muscle, most optimal thing you could do is bulk til you're 20 or so and then shred down if you want. Do good in school Read on self-improvement Get your license when you can Unless you get a lot of money from your parents, get a part time job and buy shit for yourself Cut out vidya games and tv as much as you can Be social You're 17, dont freak out over social shit, no one gives a fuck

Yes. Search on youtube for low calorie foods that helps you feel full. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wquNN1KPnQc This guy does a great explanation of how to lose weight. What are your goals for training? strength or size?

Oh, hopefully you haven't torn it, good luck at the doctors. For paelo, couldn't find the keto article I read, anyway: http://www.nsca.com/uploadedfiles/nsca/inactive_content/program_books/ptc_2013_program_book/aragon.pdf

keto and paleo is bullshit and in general beyond retarded, don't do that. Drop your total calorie intake. Spend more calroies than you eat, and you'll lose weight. Start counting your calories. A torn rotator cuff is a bitch, when did you tear it? What did the doctor tell you? Your back problems can be fixed with mobility work and stretching, you can have a knee wrap for your weak joints, plus some supplements (fish oil) to help. Learn proper form on exercises.

I would do a PHAT program. (Upper body strength, lower body strength, upper body hypertrophy, lower body hypertrophy, rest repeat). if you're natty

I never approach in the gym, I only focus on my workout, which I think everyone should do. But I have gotten approached by chicks a few times that I have mutural friends with and a couple of randoms. If you're pretty jacked, strong and know what you're doing in the gym, focusing on your own workout seem to attract girls. Also gives you the best gainz. And when you begin talking, keep it light. Don't criticize what they do ever, even though you know what they are doing is wrong or they are about …

Half my social circle at my last school (10months school) thought I was gay, guys and girls. After a few months one of my closest friend asked me if I was. I showed zero sexual interest in the girls. Even though some of them were hot I didn't want to seem like an asshole by being sexual. Holy shit TRP has changed me.

How old are you, is your SMV high? The gym could be a GREAT place to meet hot chicks.

Both great tips. I never dance, don't really enjoy it because I think I look like a tool, I know that's all in my head, but man I pussy out. I'll work on spinning plates for the experience it gives, thanks.

Ok I'm about to save your ass. Download snapsave. If she's out partying taking a snapchat of all her friends, and you open that, on snapsave you can choose wether or not you want it marked as "seen". So what this means is you can wait until the next day or several days after to mark it as "opened", if you're just inside playing vidya. You also get to view the snap for however long you want, and if you close it you can open it again, and even save it to your phone without the "Screenshot" notific…
