| 1 | My self talk is terrible and I frequently underestimate myself. Has anyone here recovered from bad self talk?I'm also struggeling with it. The trick is basically be focused on yout selftalk. If you talk negatively with you, stop it immediately convert it to something positive. After a while it should become a habbit and thr negative talk is reduced a lot. Also this ted talk helped me a lot: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=w-HYZv6HzAs Mediation should also help to keep your head more quiet. Im currently trying it with the headspace app. | /r/seduction | 28/07/14 06:18 AM |
