Tywin goes without saying. I'm not sure about Robb, because he did break a contract and jeopardize the North's position over a woman. I hate to break it to you, but your respectfulness probably wasn't the issue. I know plenty of guys who always hold doors for women and get plenty of action. That mirrors my experience. The only way I ever hear guys use 'slut' is if a girl sleeps around enough, and with gross enough guys, that she's likely to be carrying diseases. I think there's a point, for men or women, that enough promiscuity combined with inadequate selection is a legitimate health risk, and there probably should be social incentive not to reach that point. I am always shocked by how expensive bras are, and yeah, I don't understand the nipples thing. The only explanation I can come up with -- and admittedly, I'm grasping straws -- is the women's nipples change as they mature sexually, whereas mens' do not, ergo women's nipples are more of a sexual feature. I can show skin almost without fear of being arrested. I'm assuming that the OP meant women are less likely to be arrested for indecent exposure. If a woman flashes her boobs, everyone's happy and she gets beads; if a man flashes his junk, it's considered sexual harassment. That being said, I would probably dismiss this one as well.
