Actually there are a few government jobs that are very strict with this, my mom happens to work for one. They say it’s for security and professional purposes. If someone were to find their picture in a dating app, then see them at work it could reflect badly on the job. Or do they say

Because it wasn’t a messy break up, it was civil and we agreed to remain friends. We had normal conversations and everything up until this point. I made it clear to him that if we stayed friends I didn’t want this kind of conversations down the road and he agreed to it
