1	Should DNA Testing be mandatory? I always thought a birth certificate was more of a "you are officially a person in our system now" thing which would mean "mother x and dad y confirms this baby y was born this day with a penis" and if adoption happens parent a and b tke over the responsibility of verifying baby y as being baby y. And if baby y becomes person y and want to change penis to vagina it can't say penis in their papers if they now have a vagina. That would be false information if anything.
