Definitely, I am always smoother under the influence of something. Been sober for a year now and definitely noticed that I'm more reserved now, so trying to find ways to naturally emulate my inebriated self without any stimulants

The latter part of your comment is exactly what I was thinking as well. Best case scenario is I become good acquaintances with her and she introduces me to someone outside the gym (a friend had that happen too), but maybe that's just wishful thinking. Worst case scenario I just have normal ass conversations with someone lol Ofc I'd rather bend her over and take her to pound town cuz being with a married woman has always been on my bucket list but you can't have everything

Had that happen recently while I was zooted out of my mind on an edible at a friend's wedding and I remember saying "you have good taste". She smiles and we spoke for a bit and then I left to go watch formula 1 with my cousin's husband under a table. Stay sober kids

be indirect in the gym Frankly I have only been practicing direct approaches since I'm still fairly new to this and wanted to get more comfortable (closed a handful of times too, so yay me). Do you have any recommendations for what I can look into to get a better understanding of being indirect? I do have a touch of the 'tism so it's better for me to develop an understanding. Would you then recommend being indirect in places where you'd see a girl around the same time often (like the gym)? How would you recommend working around that? 22m here. I had a similar problem. Literally used to have to do breathing exercises before even thinking about speaking to people, but slowly getting better. One of my goals this year is to approach 100 women. Never done it before, but last week I hit 5. Just walk up to them and say shit, bro. Anything. I love prog, but tool sucks ass. Had to say it. I do love opeth though, Mikael is a beast. Also, what part of this sounds like a victim puke? none of the music I recommended is mine. This is a throwaway account. I assure you, if this was some sort of a promotion you'd know. I understand where you're coming from, I have other interests as well, and am also starting a business with a friend soon. Music isn't the only thing that I do, but it is by far my favorite. Money is neither a problem nor my main focus. Just want to get better at this

I completely agree with this post, and I would much rather play any sport than watching it. However, Formula 1 is the only "sport" I indulge in watching on the weekends. I'd much rather be driving but I don't have the funds to drive an f1 car lol
