Do not engage with logic. Attraction, arousal, connection are emotional processes not logical ones. Just ask her how she feels when she is really attracted to someone and let her put herself through the emotions. But do not engage with logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 01:40 AM

learn cold approach and next time take action.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 12:20 AM

No, a problem was given, I presented a possible solution.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 12:16 AM

OK, I am not bothered if they are average or not. Why does that matter, news flash, average men can get dates, I know you inkwells don't believe that. I was giving gloomette a way to manufacture a breakup so her tik tok crush comes back.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 12:13 AM

Just dug this out from a private fb group I am in. You do NOT use your self-improvement efforts as a way to impress women. 'You do it for you and STFU about it. Exhibit A 5.5 ft Indian virgin trying to seek validation using his until then successful self improvement: His self improvement got him to this point. For the looks are all that matter crowd, he couldn't even speak to a woman previously, despite his looks. <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 12:07 AM

Cant you find a "are we datng the same guy" group. Even better, say you have syphilis as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:35 PM

Yeah I have been friendzoned and I stayed in the friendzone because I believed if I did x, y, z I would get a relationship. If I hadn'r of believed that contract i made with no-one but myself I would of had no reason to be angry. Rejection is just rejection. It was the contract that I made with myself that made me angry.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:03 PM

Look even as a RP leaning guy, I believe that women are free to reject men and should not be forced into relationships with men they don't want to be. Please seek help.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:39 PM

Women here are unable to talk about male positivity or men acting as protectors either and frequently dismiss the legitimacy of it. I think its the word "Protector". I may be wrong here, and women feel free to correct me. But I honestly do not believe a woman wants a man, whom she does not feel safe around, and also at the same time feel confident that if some shit were to happen he could deal with it. To me that is masculinity. As far as relationships go, I do not look for exactly the same thin…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:06 PM

And he is only 5ft 5.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 09:40 PM

True. If a person does not care about themselves, its amazing they think other people will give a rats ass about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 09:38 PM

Probably wrong age group, but the best transformation I have seen. A bit of gym, eye surgery and tanning. <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 09:26 PM

Going to play devils advocate here. If all you want to do is play video games, how does new hobbies, socialising, advancing in career above being able to pay for life style, actually help play video games? I do agree with you. But still, when I was younger, I had different views.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 08:10 PM

Someone gets it. But it sounds like your in it for yourself, not looking for some magic bullet to get a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 06:41 PM

There is no garuntee for self improvement. What flavour crayons have you been chewing today. Meditation, shuts off the monkey mind.... maybe. There is no guarantee. No one ever said there was. What the hell are you yakking on about,. NOTHING IS GARUNTEED IN LIFE. EXCEPT DEATH
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 06:40 PM

You either do nothing or do something. Or you can just cry about how unfair your existence is.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 06:29 PM

This is the issue with women treating relationships like video games though. Like god forbid you just date someone because you enjoy their company. Instead its all about speedrunning to the final boss (marraige).
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 06:24 PM

That's why I have the purple flair not the red flair. Red flair on ppd seems to be more blackpill inkwell.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 05:19 PM

Yes there probably are, however this thread is about situationships. I do not have the mental energy to discuss needy men, scarcity, abundance and how they are cockblocking themselves. Nor will I articulate it well. What was your point in relation to situationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 04:38 PM

If someone says they are in a situationship, it just seems like mental gymnastics so they don't need to accept the fact they were just dating or seeing someone. It is a construct created entirely by the person who complains about it. It is an emotional process.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 04:34 PM

Like I say I am only talking from my own experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 04:32 PM

I'm waiting for some Bluepilled White knight to respond to you. This is PPD after all.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 04:29 PM

Not who you replied to. I don't class dating as a "situationship", its just dating. If we have not had an exclusitivity chat, its just dating. I don't need to add wierd labels when I can just say I am dating. If other peple want to create some magical imaginary not relationship relationship from going on dates, thats on them However its not a term I will use myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:59 PM

As someone with a Purple Pill flair, what does right to vote, having sex have to do with my flair.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:51 PM

I can only talk for myself, if I am in that situation a spark is extinguished, it is not ignited. Granted if she went out her way to attract me, then maybe it would be different. But generally mentally there will not be attraction there.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:07 PM

The "Friendzone" is being a friend with the intent of getting a relationship and suppressing your true intent. Otherwise your just friends and there is no zone. Someone being in "The Friendzone" is not a good thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 02:42 PM

I'm just going by Tik-Tok women complaining about "Situationships" and how they deserve more, then comparing the compaints to those of guys crying about the "Friendzone". To me dating is dating, be it exclusive or non exclusive. But everyone seems to want to overcomplicate everything by chucking in loads of terms.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 02:37 PM

If you are assertive, you can find out where you stand, then if you have boundries, you can walk away if you feel they are not being respected. This will result in less resentment than carrying out a covert contract. However, it does mean facing the fact you may be rejected, so I guess its easier to make believe.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 12:55 PM

That sounds like a covert contract. Do you live your life by assuming relationships instead of being assertive.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 12:52 PM

Really, so you go for 2 or 3 dates and your exclusive. Or are you exclusive after the first date? What if you have just agreed to a first date, are you exclusive then?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 12:22 PM

You are too sane for this place. Please get help.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:43 AM

Then why do guys get annoyed at being "in the friendzone". They obviously have some sort of covert contract in their head, otherwise they wouldn't feel they were owed more than they get.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:42 AM

Fair, I would of just called that dating. Until the exclusivity chat happens, its just casual dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:41 AM

I'd of just called that dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:40 AM

Do you understand what a covert contract is?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 10:59 AM

Then I would say something is not right in the relationship, maybe she is trying to make him jelous because she feels she is not getting any attention. Maybe he did some shit she did not like, so this is passive aggressive revenge. Who knows, this is hypothetical and stuff has been embilished so it is nothing like the original OP that was quoted. So none of this is real, so its hard to read into.

guy stays at home and she says that she is going to nightclubs exclusively to dance and twerk without him. Should the guy object or not? We don't know if he is invited. We don't know if he is not allowed to go clubbing with his own friends. We don't even know if he has friends. We don't know if he even wants to go clubbing. There are a lot of unasked and unanswered questions here. So we can only assume he is a socially anxious, reclusive, friendless guy, who freaks out at the thought of "The Clu…

Never been to those places. Most of my nights in Belfast were at Apartments, Thompsons Garage or The Bot. Then mostly "The Point" in Lisburn. But this is going back quite a while.

If your in Northern Ireland, is Thompsons Garage still a place in Belfast?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 07:29 PM

Maybe he dosn't let her twerk at home?? Maybe thats the real issue here, not the club.

What sort of simp goes to a club and buys women drinks when he is in a relationship. Like, why are you buying drinks for women anyway.

Men can monkey branch too. Its not female exclusive.

Good man.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 07:09 PM

For me, it is "looks" that initially gravitates me towards a woman and gets me to notice them from amongst the other women. However it is personality that decides if I want to stick around or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 07:05 PM

Yeah but who wakes up in the morning and thinks "Damn, today I want to be average, I want to be mediocre". The bar is so low these days. Its easier than ever to stand out.

This seems more a question for men. Like, personally I wouldn't care. Why do I have to sit at home though, am I not allowed out with my friends, that is my only question on this scenario???
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 06:08 PM

I think attraction matters initially. However, as much as I hate the word "Personality", being able to create a feeling of safety, creating a feeling of non-judgementalness, as well as creating that "connection" (basically people opening up to each other) is what holds people together. However without attraction nor the ability to escalate, you are just in the friend zone. This can be good or bad (social groups and pre-selection) depending on how you look at it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 05:58 PM

Fair. On a personal note, I am more interested in what a person does with the 8 hours of free time a day. Lets say you spend 8 hours earning a wage, 8 hours sleeping, then 8 hours doing what? Do you sit on your ass watching Netflix all night? Do you have some sort of passion that you engage in? Be it artistic, creative, charitable cause, physical exericise, etc? Why are you so passionate about those things? How do you feel when you do them? Eating habits? Weekend activities, what do you get upto…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 05:54 PM

Where the hell do you live. Do guys actually think that looking like that is a good thing. Like I don't do the mani/pedi care stuff but I make sure everything fits properly, chuck away clothes that are too baggy and everything colour matches (yes I have watched YouTube videos on that shit). But then again I don't base what "The average guy" does as a guide to life. Most guys I hang round with are similarly minded so thought it was normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 05:37 PM

You can do what you want. I just lose all interest in a person if they fixate on it or have nothing else going fior them but their job. This is the joy of dating, if my job dosnt make enough. Only to your taste or I find you devoid of personality, we can just call it a day, settle the tab and leave.

Its not a boast, its just my observations and personal opinion. I don't do dating apps. I just goto slightly more up market bars, that don't seem to be full of younger guys or are full of younger guys staring at their phones instead of paying attention to whats going around them. I just find it easier these days than when I was younger. And no I don't need to go full blue pill, why would you need to go full blue pill. Have you kept yourself in shape over the last 15 years. I am similar age and it seems easier. A lot of guys have just let themselves go, some have just given up, some are full on stressed out workaholics. Just simply going to the gym and eating healthily, seems to be enough to be able to walk into a bar and have women show interest. The average guy at this age, is generally a fat mess, so it is easier to deal with competition. Where as when younger, bad life style choices have not yet become vis…

This, the best dates I have had are the ones where I was going on them because I was bored. I was not invested at all, I was wondering why I was even going on them tbh. However, as I was not emotionally invested, the IDGAF was radiating from me like never before. Most relationships I have had, started with dates like this.

The only therapist I have seen is a hypnotherapist. Things like feeling attractive, feeling more positive, letting go of past events etc. I don't want a therapist where I just talk about it. I want my brain neurology rewired so these things are fixed, so for me hypnotherapy is the best.

I have never seen it preach that. Firstly, it generally promotes "High Beta" not Alpha Ripped - it just generally seems to say, do something physical. I've got a mate who just got a single mum preggers. However.... they were seeing each other before she dropped the other dudes kids. My mate had dumped her, then she rebounded with some guy that looked identical to my mate. And now they are back together again and her kids pass as his. When I say mate, its more of a Work Colleague to be fair. His life stories always brightens my mood. And the first thing he did when he found out she was preggers, was buy a boat to go fishing in. Can you define what you mean "assholes". Do you mean men that don't bend over backwards, don't allow women to walk over them, men who are assertive and men who have confidence. Also, do not live by covert contracts. If you mean that, then yes, but although they may seem jerks to you, they are just normal people but you believe that because you are so "nice" you are owed what they have, as stated in your covert contract with yourself and no-one else. If you mean actually physically or verbally ab…

Its a way of viewing the world. What you do with it.... well thats upto the reader. Want to go insane because you cannot find your virgin wife, cool go ahead. Want to use it as a reason to spin plates, cool go ahead. Want to use it as reason to drive yourself to suicide, cool go ahead. Unlike a hammer, it has no intended purpose. Nor are people who read it and believe it, some sort of organisation with set goals.

Chucking money at a therapist is easier than learning to meditate. People want easy solutions and the more money you chuck at a thing, the more "value" it has. Meditation however, is not easy, and its free. Thus it has no value.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 08:10 PM

I love this phrase, it seems to be triggering people on this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 08:00 PM

Look mate, I actually don't really care about the Pareto Principle to be honest. Nor swipe rates. Nor a lot of things. All I can do in life, is take care of health, wealth and social skills. Then I put my best foot forward, approach, and get rejected or not. That is all there is to the game. Sure it would be nice to live a life where I could sit under a coconut tree all day and have hot women approach me. It would be nice to sit at a table in a cocktail bar and have hot women approach me. Hell i…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 07:58 PM

And.... so what. Someone accuses me of "trolling" or "picking on people" for speaking my truth. Does that not say more about them than it does me. Do you need social validation on Reddit or something. Look whatever you do in life, people are going to hate you, get over it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 06:21 PM

I agree that there is a Pareto Principle. But not that its as set in stone as this sub makes out. At any social place, yeah probably only 20% of the guys at any one time, are attractive. But part of that is knowing where you stand out and asking yourself how you stand out. It is neither fair nor unfair, it is just the way it is. Most guys (80%) would rather do nothing than face ambiguity. Sure they swipe on apps, so they can tell themselves they are "making an effort", then they tell themselves …

Again, you are speaking to me like I am stupid or naïve. I am now blocking you, can't be arsed with your immature bullshit. Social media and dating apps are nothing new, unless your blind or fucking stupid, its kind of easy to see guys validating women in hopes of attention. Anyway goodbye.

Just google Chadfishing, or get a picture of a female hand and create a fake profile. Hell make a fake profile with no picture, saying your a woman. The likes and messages come flying in. Sorry sweetheart, we know the score. So stop with the lies and bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 04:27 PM
23

If a woman complains about lack of options, its the easiest fix. Chadfishing exists, men know how many likes a woman gets on a dating app. So if there is "no one for her", either she is an extreme outlier, or too good for the majority of the population. If she is an extreme outlier and gets no one liking her what so ever, well there is no solution, it is what it is. If she can easily get 100's of guys messaging her a week, and cannot find someone, the solution is too stop being so picky. If a wo…

I dunno. I have been rejected plenty of times, but I would not say I was "socially shunned", life just went on. But I would rather make a move and be rejected than do nothing. Imagine doing nothing and expecting results. That sounds like insanity to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 01:52 PM

Women can be as picky as they like. However.... if they complain about lack of relationships, men not meeting their standards, where are all the good menz gone, etc. Then the only thing that they can change is their standards.

Again, why do I care if its popular. Why would I want or care if its popular if it works. Why would I want to be doing what everyone else does anyway, how would that make me stand out? If it works it works. Yeah dating apps maybe more popular, but I get no responses. Why would it make sense to stick at getting no responses, just because its more popular.
