I can understand the necessity of doing risky work like this to get societally important infastructure but who was the nutjob risking their life just to get a picture of this dude?

My uncle went through a nasty divorce when I was a kid and his ex got full custody of their 2 kids. She basically cut off all his contact with them and told them that daddy wasn't there because he didn't love you anymore. So I grew up watching him struggle to have some sort of relationship with his kids that wanted nothing to do with them because of the lies that they had been told, with no legal recourse for him to be able be a part of his own family anymore. Then as I got older I learned about…

Sure all men are portrayed as either being totally subservient to the unquestionable paragons of moral virtue that are female protagonists or as irredeemably evil monsters whose only purpose is to be put in their place by strong empowered women™ but the dudes always talk to each other so there can't possibly be any harmful anti-male stereotypes in modern movies.

I don't mean some social science behavioral observation type stuff. The bechdel test was created by feminists as a quick litmus test for whether they could claim a piece of media was sexist (IIRC the test is that if there's >2 female characters and they talk to each other about something other than a man then it passes the test, otherwise it's probably sexist). A MRA version of the test could be something along the lines of "A male character does something that advances the goals of the protagon…

This sub should work together to create a revrse bechdel test that measures how much a franchise has been corrupted by gynocentric nonsense. It'll be harder for the media to blame negative press on "nerd rage" if we have an objective metric to point to.

I picked up on a running trend in this movie regarding the villans of the past few female-led installments. Ghost (AM&W) and Taskmaster (BW) are both female antagonists who revert to a tenuous "good guy" status when the real bad guy is defeated, who is always an unrepentantly evil man manipulating her. Mar-Vell from Captain Marvel also kind of fits that pattern, being an indoctrinated soldier who frees herself from the manipulation of her male superiors. Also, all 3 of these characters are based…

Absolutely not. We shouldn't have to resort to recording intimate acts in order to refute accusations that have no evidence.

2-10 percent of rape allegations are PROVEN to be false. Just like 5-10 percent of rape accusations are PROVEN beyond reasonable doubt to be true.Around 80% of rape accusations cannot be definively proven to be true or false. The assumption that only 2-10% of accusations are false is based on the presumption that the accused are guilty until proven innocent, so the claim is basically, "If we assume that all accused are ghilty until lroven innocent, then only a small percentage of claims would be…

According to their comment history they are in fact not a woman, and very far off from being a feminist.

I got banned from TrollX for stating that men can and have gone bankrupt and/or died from child support. I literally quoted a statistic from the census bureau and they banned me for "misogynist propaganda." It's not worth your time to try talking to anyone there.

Feminists are the ones that claim that feminism hels men. We don't bother offering help to women because the rest of the woke world takes care of them just fine.

It's pretty sad how anything below a 4 is in green. As if anywhere below 80% of suicides is a good spot for men to be in.

First of all, when you have a self-described incel representing the MRM, no one in the MRM is going to take you seriously. The rest of the "Men's Rights" side (quotes because I'm not convinced any of those guys know the first thing about our goals or values) hardly raised a single actual issue relating to men's rights. The one thing that I actually think you can get from this video is this: if you examine both sides with a critical lens, it's easy to see that everything the feminists said was en…

"It's ok to talk about your problems! Let the world know how you feel!" "My wife left me for another man she had been seeing behind my back. She got full custody of the kids, who I'm not sure are even mine anymore. Also, I'm paying more than I can afford in child support, and I'm a few months away from living on the street. Every day I spend more time contemplating suicide." "No, not like that."

I got banned because I replied to a comment saying men deserve to lose everything in child support cases.

Yeah fuck this. You want me to talk about my problems? Then do something to fix them instead of slandering me as a sexist when I do.

It's not about what is/isn't a crime, it's about what should be. Using heroin hurts nobody but yourself, which is why I want it to be legalized. And between old age, disease, genetic disorder, etc. there are dozens of ways that a fully developed human can become dependent on an outside force to survive. Do you stop being a human once you get giardiasis and need an IV to stay hydrated? here are 7 objective quantities which biologists use to identify a living organism, and by 6 weeks a fetus is di…

In this context, what is the difference? They're both activities which are harmless to outside observers but carry dangerous side effects for the participant, I.E. a "victimless crime." These side effects are universally known and cannot be fully prevented by any means. I'm not going to stop you from shooting heroin but you should be fully aware of what you're getting into and if you try and rob a bank for more money to fuel your addiction then I absolutely will try to stop you. And I'm not goin…

So if someone doesn't want kids, they should be abstinent? Or use contraception? I agree with the latter, but what if contraception fails? "Oh well, you knew the risk"? Nonsense. This isn't the fucking dark ages. So if someone doesn't want rehab, they should avoid heroin? Or use in strict moderation? I agree with the latter, but what if you get addicted anyway? "Oh well, you knew the risk?" Nonsense. This isn't the fucking dark ages.

The abortion debate is not about the disparity between a mother and father's legal rights. The root of the issue regards the inherent personhood of a fetus and whether it is morally justified to end a human being's life if it hasn't fully developed yet. Please don't try to frame abortion is a way that only considers the parents. The difference between the MRM and feminism is that we are able to value objective morality over our own self-interests.

It goes way beyond this. Almost half of all woman in the United States are pro-life. So why is it that we all consider it as the vast majority of women crusading against a small group of men? And why do we all consider this to be the most prevalent aspect of women's rights when half of women don't even support it? Ask any blue-pilled guy what he thinks aboit women's rights and 9 times out of 10 the first thing he brings up is abortion. This is the reason that so many men are working to elevate t…

Over 99% of abortions are the result of consensual sex. 0% of people get to choose their biological gender. Statistically, you're more likely to voluntarily put yourself at risk of pregnancy then you are to voluntarily be born with a dick.
