So let me get this right, you're saying that fitness and intelligence are both dependent on biology to more or less the same extent? That just doesn't seem true to me. Intelligence seems much more dependent on culture, hence the stereotype of the asian tiger mom/helicopter parents. The military has benefits that actively push young men towards getting married. Depending on where you live, you can get more than $2k each month for housing, plus $350 for food. And this isn't budgeted out, you get the money and pocket whatever you don't spend. I probably don't have to tell you this, but for everyone else: be VERY careful about shitting where you eat in the military. The Army is all aboard with rape culture, and it's similar to Title IX cases in college where you're guilty until proven innocent. One accusation is enough to effectively end your career, even if you're exonerated.

It never ceases to piss me off how women see ads like this and think "I could never look like that!" and then feel they have the right to be angry when they're not even fucking trying. Like I said, both are easily changed. Find a new place to workout, and try a different regimen. Maybe barbells aren't your style, what about something with more cardio like a bodyweight routine? You're gonna take a lot of flak here for saying you don't want to lift, but there's nothing wrong with prioritizing your running. What specifically about the gym do you dislike? The atmosphere or what you're actually doing (i.e. lifting)? Both are pretty easy to change if you're motivated enough. Find a different gym/build your own, or try a different regimen for lifting.
