It’s so true. Back in high school my prom date threw a temper tantrum because I wore heals and was taller than him. Then he wondered why I didn’t want to hook up afterwards. I thought guys in college would have grown up a bit but unfortunately that’s not usually the case.

I kind of agree tbh. The relationships I’ve had in the past have helped mature me as a person and has made me appreciate my long term partner much more than I probably would have. I tend to think of them as learning experiences, not as regrets. Beating yourself up about your past experiences won’t strengthen your relationship and it’ll only cause you pain.

While that may be true, average women aren’t going to be training nearly as hard as professional athletes and performers. Lifting moderately 3-4 times a week won’t make you bulky and a low body fat percentage has more to do with your diet anyways. Plus, even if you do become bulkier than you wanted, it’s not a permanent change and you can adjust accordingly.
