| 3 | Stupid laws make sex a crime -- if you're maleThe lad is now to get a custodial sentence, even though he thought -- and the judge accepted that he thought -- that the age of consent was 16. Its not? Not even 17? | /r/MensRights | 30/10/09 01:30 AM |

| 1 | Girl Sends Boy Her Naked Photo, Boy Gets Arrested, Held in Juvenile DetentionI would then ask them to show me how a consumer would go about accessing these hidden files. Then, I would claim illiteracy just above the level of sophistication that is needed to acccess that. | /r/MensRights | 13/10/08 11:33 PM |
| 1 | Girl Sends Boy Her Naked Photo, Boy Gets Arrested, Held in Juvenile Detentioneh, same difference. You have to leave the text message on your phone for it to be stored. You delete the text message to delete it off. As for the phone cache, idk, blame the phone manufacturer. | /r/MensRights | 13/10/08 09:40 PM |
| 1 | Girl Sends Boy Her Naked Photo, Boy Gets Arrested, Held in Juvenile DetentionI see your point, but there is a slight difference. Your analogy assumes equal intent between the person who saves a message and the person who doesn't delete their browser cache. With a phone, you have to deliberately save the message to keep the pic, but with the browser, it keeps it in cache regardless of whether or not you saved it somewhere else. | /r/MensRights | 12/10/08 03:51 AM |
